Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Mid-level Systems Network Engineer to support the U.S. Army Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT) under the Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Support Services contract. The Systems Network Engineer will provide expert-level systems engineering integration, cybersecurity, and network assurance support across all phases of the PM PNT product lifecycle. This role involves contributing to technical documentation, managing cybersecurity compliance, executing Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, and supporting secure system integration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Army cybersecurity policies, secure systems architecture, vulnerability analysis, and acquisition lifecycle processes, with the ability to operate effectively in classified environments and collaborative teams.
This position is on-site in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and maintain key cybersecurity acquisition documents like the Cybersecurity strategy and the Clinger-Cohen Act documentation.
- Participate in and provide cybersecurity expertise at PM PNT Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and other program-related meetings.
- Provide Cyber subject Matter expertise to additional acquisition documents such as the SEP, TEMP, acquisition strategy, to integrate information assurance and cybersecurity considerations.
- Participating in the design and review of network architectures to ensure they are reliable, scalable, and secure.
- Draft transition plans for the standup and tear down of enterprise networks.
- Collaborate with disperse sites to support network operations.
- Serve as the primary POC to support network troubleshooting.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Support systems engineering processes by reviewing and providing inputs to requirements documents, interface control documents, hardware/software interfaces, and related engineering, training, and test plans.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) documentation and recommendations in compliance with DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, AR 25-1, AR 25-2, and other applicable laws and policies throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide classified and unclassified cybersecurity and IA support during PM PNT Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings and related working groups.
- Create, coordinate, and maintain acquisition cybersecurity documentation, including Cybersecurity Strategy and Clinger-Cohen Act compliance documentation.
- Identify, document, and resolve IA, software assurance, and cybersecurity issues across PM PNT product lines and supported systems.
- Plan and execute Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, including risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, POAM development, and security control validation.
- Conduct and document system vulnerability and susceptibility analyses; support maintenance of A&A, Assess Only, and Interim Authority to Test packages.
- Support planning, conduct, and documentation of cybersecurity/IA reviews, system decommissioning, and POAM development.
- Review and update acquisition documents such as the Systems Engineering Plan (SEP), Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), and Acquisition Strategy to ensure cybersecurity integration.
- Participate in technical reviews such as SSR, SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, PRR, FCA, and PCA, as well as weekly and bi-weekly IPTs and working groups.
- Assist with drafting Statements of Objectives (SOOs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), performance specifications, and provide technical assistance for proposal evaluations.
- Serve as a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) by drafting and executing IA programs, monitoring cyber defense activities, and supporting cyber-related issue resolution.
- Coordinate with PEOs and ASA(ALT) Cybersecurity Division to establish standardized ARCYBER reporting for systems affected by cyber events and deliver mitigation POAMs.
- Analyze Army Cyber operational orders for potential mission impacts and collaborate with PEOs to ensure threat data is returned to ARCYBER in the approved format.
- Attend and participate in classified meetings (Secret and Top-Secret level), as required.
- U.S. Citizenship required
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or systems engineering field with seven years' experience. OR
- Master's degree with five years' experience in systems engineering for DoD systems.

- 10% or less

Manufacturing Systems Support - Business System Analyst Senior

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated business systems analyst to assist BAE Systems manufacturing functions in communicating their information technology needs and wants. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting and translating business requirements into functional actions for IT, escalating business impacts of IT changes as they relate to the manufacturing process, and facilitating continuous improvement concepts throughout the manufacturing function.
+ Work with manufacturing stakeholders to identify business system improvements and enhancements
+ Initial IT troubleshooting on critical manufacturing and test systems prior to submitting signals to IT
+ Analyze and document system requirements and data
+ Create and maintain relationships with manufacturing and test engineers, obtaining knowledge regarding manufacturing and test systems
+ Collaborate with our IT organization to ensure project deliverables are met on time and accurately
+ Ensure compliance with standards and best practices
+ Collaborating with the IT organization to create and maintain documentation and training materials that support manufacturing business systems
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ B.S. in Computer Science and 4 years work experience
+ Highly proficient in collaboration and communication skills
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Proven experience as a business/systems analyst or IT-facing systems analyst
+ CompTIA Security , Project Management certifications preferred
+ Previous experience with Microwave, Surface Mount Technology operational technology
+ Previous experience in working in a manufacturing environment
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Job Description
Who You’ll Work With
We are experiencing tremendous growth and have an immediate need for a collaborative, self-motivated Pre-Sales Network Systems Engineer OR Network Architect to partner with our Account teams to provide pre-sales technical systems engineering support for our Hyperscale customer.
What You'll Do
- The Systems Engineer is a critical component of the Arista Sales team with the key responsibility of acting as a trusted advisor for our customers to gather requirements and identify opportunities with existing and new customers.
- You will partner with the Arista Account Managers to understand customer pain points and conduct white board network architectural reviews in addition to conducting Arista product presentations of Arista’s Open Networking Data Center and Cognitive Campus (including Wifi) networking solutions, CloudVision (Network Automation), Security (Network Detection), Endpoint Security and Real-time Fabric Monitoring solutions.
- You will architect, design and propose Arista Data Center & Campus network solutions using leaf-spine architectures (VxLAN, EVPN) and network overlays to capture additional sales.
- You will be working with the hyperscalers on next- architectures and products.
- Deliver NPI and lead the way into mass production at scale for hyperscalers
- Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, Data Center and/or Campus network designs, and network deployments using new products and features.
- Put together design guidelines and recommend improvements to customers for the networks they support
- Partner with Sales Team to respond to RFP/RFQs
- Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering
- Represent Arista at SDN and Open Networking industry events and conferences
- Keep up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services
- Author white papers on technology and product
Qualifications
- Cloud Network Architecture, Network Design, and Network Engineering skills
- Strong understanding of cloud networking principles
- Experience with network automation and analytics
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- BS/CS/CE technical degree required
- Network Industry Certification (e.g. CCIE (R&S), JNCIE)
- You possess a minimum of 7+ of L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience with a focus on Data Center, Campus, and Wifi solutions.
- Expert level experience with routing and switching including L2/L3 protocols.
- You possess recent experience in leaf-spine architecture design.
- Previous experience building network automation using Python and Ansible
- Demonstrated work experience as either a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales SE or Network Consulting Engineer
- Expert knowledge in the following areas: Ethernet, RSTP/ MSTP, VLANs, IP Routing, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, eBGP, VxLAN, Multicast, Spanning Tree, QoS
- Knowledge of competitive products, solutions, and services
- Expert level knowledge of industry-standard CLI
