Duties:

**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
- System Design & Architecture: Leading the design and documentation of system architectures for new projects and products.
- Feasibility & Risk Analysis: Evaluating the technical feasibility and potential risks of proposed system designs.
- Technical Roadmaps: Developing and maintaining long-term technical roadmaps for system evolution and modernization.
- Scalability & Performance: Ensuring systems are designed to handle high volumes of data and traffic and perform efficiently.
- Integration & Integrity: Overseeing the initial design and ongoing integration of applications and ensuring the overall integrity of the systems.
- Technology Evaluation: Researching and assessing emerging technologies to determine their potential impact and suitability for the organization.

- Security & Reliability: Designing and implementing measures to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of systems.

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role:**
Journeyman:
- Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or 2 to 5 years of experience
- Security Clearance: TS/SCI required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly highly desired
- Deep understanding of both hardware and software components.
- Broad knowledge of network design, databases, and system servers.
- Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in various system architectures, including integrated, distributed, pooled, and converged models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
SME:
