KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country's most critical role - protecting our national security.
KBR is seeking an experienced Space Systems Expert to join our dynamic and talented National Security Space (NSS) Division supporting the Space Systems Integration Office (SSIO) in Colorado Spring, CO. The successful candidate will be a critical contributor to authoring multiple senior leader briefings for decision-making, in addition to providing strategic thought leadership ideas and guidance to the Strategic Cell within SSIO and its leaders. The selected individual will understand enterprise integration across multiple PEOs and depth of knowledge of risks and gaps. The successful candidate will provide technical recommendations for consideration on ground segment architectures to include battle management operational and tactical command and control functions (BMC2), and best practices on mitigating integration challenges in transitioning systems to operational use. In addition, the candidate shall have the ability to navigate and lead enterprise integration discussions with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to SSC, and a team of multi-disciplined engineers and SMEs.

Required Qualifications:
+ Maintain a Top-Secret/SCI security clearance
+ Obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility and accesses
+ Technical depth in battle management command and control (both operational and tactical levels)
+ Works well and is a team player on multi-disciplined system engineering team to provide integration test, training, and exercise strategies
+ Familiarity with end-to-end system lifecycle development, design, testing, integration, and deployment of operational systems

+ Expert in space system acquisition processes and execution
+ Fluent knowledge of SoSE best practices and application of processes to enterprise integration to deliver full scale end-to-end systems

+ MS degree or 10 years of experience with space system integration, specifically in command and control (C2) systems within a DoD program

Basic Compensation:
Colorado Springs, CO $180,000 - $198,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:

KBR is seeking a SIGINT Ground Systems Expert to execute operations related working with developers on the initiation, rehearsals, and planning as well as Operations and Maintenance (O&M) efforts of space systems on behalf of our team supporting our customer in Chantilly, VA that delivers mission-critical capabilities directly supporting intelligence-gathering missions from overhead systems. We lead architectural assessments and report recommendations to senior US Government personnel guiding acquisition and execution of next-generation SIGINT systems needs for the next 10-20 years. These systems deliver collected data distributed to US Government Intelligence Community and Military users.
The SIGINT Ground Systems Expert serves as a technical advisor to support the Government with Mission planning and initiation of SIGINT payloads and systems. The SIGINT leadership team embraces innovation in a relentless effort to meet intelligence needs and shorten the timelines to provide actionable critical information to US Government decision-makers. This is a position of trust advising the US Government and supporting critical missions in SIGINT, COMINT, FISINT, and ELINT.
This is a contingent position based upon contract award
Specific responsibilities may include:
+ Serve as the lead on ground system command and control hardware requirements development, design analysis, and production methodologies for SIGINT
+ Provide expert technical recommendations and engineering advice on the development and integration of new and modified capabilities in the SIGINT domain, with a specific emphasis on cross mission, cross discipline integration
+ Provide Government acquisition support including, but not limited to Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), ECP Technical Evaluations, core acquisition processes and documentation (SOW, RFP, WBS, etc.)
+ Define future architecture enhancements and their associated features and capabilities
+ Provide technical and programmatic inputs to Government program office cost estimates
+ Provide experienced counsel to the Government staff through all phases of acquisition including, but not limited to generation and review of system and sub-system requirements, development processes, integration, verification, validation and testing (IVV&T)
+ Aid in working with Mission Operations teams to enable transition of new capabilities into mainstream operations
+ Coordinate with internal and external offices, Directorates and agencies of the US Government to identify, characterize and resolve issues and risks throughout the acquisition lifecycle
Minimum qualifications:
+ Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
+ Bachelor's degree STEM (Master's degree preferred)
+ 10+ years of experience
+ Strong engineering skills in SIGNALS and RF systems for overhead space systems and supporting ground architectures
+ Familiarity with current SIGINT and COMM architectures

**The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:**
RTX has an opening for a Business Systems and Transformation Specialist who can work closely with the SAP application team and the internal business community providing design, configuration, development, and end user support in an SAP Property environment with Fiori front end applications.
**What You Will Do:**
+ The SAP Property Management Business Systems Expert (BSE) will be responsible for SAP Property Management configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP / 3rd Party Property Management solutions.
+ Will have expertise in SAP system configuration to meet complex business requirements, proficiency with the SAP Implementation Guide (IMG) for module-specific configurations, and the ability to customize workflows, interfaces, and reports.
+ Be the Functional Point of Contact / Functional Point of Contact (FPOC/ FSME) for technical solutioning for integrating software applications and SAP implementations and working closely with the Data Integration team to develop interfaces and automate solutions.
+ This role will also contribute to the implementation and maintenance of systems that support SAP Property functions in accordance with the Project Management Life Cycle and will be heavily involved in blueprinting, partnering with the business users and subject matter experts to analyze, define, and implement lean business processes and system solutions for future S/4 upgrade.
+ Participate in SAP implementations and be POC for SAP Property for mergers, acquisitions and upgrades, as well as the integration of non-SAP solutions.
+ Lead or participate in blueprinting sessions to define scope, gather business requirements, create concepts and designs that meet business needs, and document detailed specifications for the development of custom programs, testing, and implementing the automated solutions.
+ Document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms, and workflow and develop technical solutions as defined and documented during blueprinting.
+ Manage and coordinate unit, functional, regression, and integration testing for go-lives and software upgrades.
+ Deliver multiple projects (sometimes concurrently) by effectively communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT Applications, Infrastructure, SAP Basis, Security, Data Integration, Architecture, Business Resource Managers, the Business, and Management.
+ Provide customer service to end users by logging, routing, and resolving incoming requests for Property related process or system issues and defects.
+ Develop, document, and revise standard operating procedures, user documentation, business process workflows and training guides.
+ Support application upgrades and provide problem solving and technical support, including on-call critical support.
+ Potential travel domestically up to 10%
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically a minimum 5+ years' experience in SAP application configuration, development, deployment, and support and a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 3+ years related work experience.
+ Configuration and Customization Skills, knowledge and proficiency in SAP systems to meet business requirements, and the ability to customize workflows, interfaces, and reports according to the projects needs without affecting the core SAP structure, with Experience integrating with SAP modules (i.e. , WM, MM, PP, SD, and Depot).
+ Ability to provide guidance on FIORI applications as well as ongoing support, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
+ Proven expertise in configuring and customizing SAP to meet business requirements and experience with multiple full-cycle implementations, with experience configuration in SAP ECC 6.0.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with excellent analytical skills to interpret complex, cross-functional requirements and challenges and the ability to develop process maps, project plans, cutover and conversion plans, technical specifications, user guides and other documentation.
**Qualifications We Prefer:**
+ Knowledge of the SAFE Agile methodology with experience working under the SAFE Agile framework and experience with leading a small SAFE Agile Scrum Team and leading internal customer discussions on business value progress, with S4 HANA and S4 HANA upgrade experience.
+ Experience with SAP Solution Manager and Change Management process.
+ Team player willing to engage and work with other team members as well as the ability to work independently on assigned tasks and experience professionally communicating system concerns and positions to technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Fiori experience.
+ Track record of successfully supporting functional business capabilities.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
