Job Summary:

The Epicor ERP Systems Expert role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information systems and operations systems in support of Feldmeier's supply chain function including warehouse management, planning and scheduling, manufacturing operations, inventory management and supplier management. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues to maximize the benefit of the Epicor system.

Requirements

Strategy & Planning

• Assist in the planning, design, development, of new applications and enhancements to the Epicor platform supporting Feldmeier Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.

• Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues.

• Ensure compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems with Epicor.

• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the Epicor system and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging the system

• Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures supporting warehouse management, planning and scheduling, manufacturing operations, inventory management, and vendor/supplier management.

• Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of the software's business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.

• Partner with 3rd party system integrators and software providers in delivering solutions to the business.

• Assist in defining software implementation project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.

Acquisition & Deployment

• Assist in the deployment of new Epicor applications, Bolt-Ons, and/or customer enhancements to the platform.

• Liaise with vendors for efficient implementation of new software products or systems and for resolution of any adaptation issues

• Conduct research on hardware and adjacent software products to justify and recommend solutions that adapt to the Feldmeier operations.

Operational Management

• Create system design proposals.

• Configure and set up the systems to design, test, and implement new and improved functions that support the Feldmeier business model

• Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.

• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.

• Write programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or performance of company applications as necessary.

• Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.

• Generate and develop reports for management and/or team members leveraging Epicor data.

• Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines for the Epicor platform

• Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, management information systems, or business administration and/or 5-10 years related work experience implementing and operating ERP platforms.

Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Epicor software products.

• Experience deploying tools and processes in warehouse operations, manufacturing planning and scheduling, inventory management, and procurement/supplier management.

• Proven experience in performing of data query (SQL) and reporting (Power BI) or similar platforms.

• Working knowledge of network and PC operating systems.

• Working knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.

+ Provide expert technical recommendations and engineering advice on the development and integration of new and modified capabilities in the SIGINT domain, with a specific emphasis on cross mission, cross discipline integration
+ Provide Government acquisition support including, but not limited to Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), ECP Technical Evaluations, core acquisition processes and documentation (SOW, RFP, WBS, etc.)

Qualifications You Must Have:

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
The primary responsibilities of this role, Bioprocess High-throughput systems expert, are to:
+ Coordinates and may also execute studies utilizing HT process development techniques in coordination with project teams. High-throughput systems expert responsible for advancing the knowledge base and operation, maintenance and optimization of systems such as the Ambr 250, TECAN and other liquid handling systems.
+ Software superuser for electronic laboratory notebooks, process risk assessment tools, and other software utilized during the development and LCM of biological products. Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as DTDS & IT, and other HT experts in the cluster.
+ Coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, users and key suppliers of respective devices and systems with the aim of adequate maintenance, system updates, workflow improvement and global harmonization where necessary to ensure the cluster strives towards the aspiration of full electronic data access and analysis with guidance from cluster lead and other subject matter experts.
+ Assists with project or departmental activities and ensure good communication. Build expertise in the BioDS cluster and train SMEs in the capability clusters.
