Talent Acquisition Manager – Clinical & Corporate

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)

Reports to: Vice President, People and Culture

About Hydration Room

Founded in 2014 by Dr. Brett Florie, Hydration Room is redefining proactive healthcare by blending holistic wellness with Western medicine. With 45+ clinics and rapid expansion underway, our mission is to deliver exceptional IV and injection therapies in a supportive, wellness-focused environment. We are a high-growth health and wellness company committed to raising the standard of clinical care and patient experience.

Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be the driving force behind Hydration Room’s most vital hiring need: Registered Nurses (RNs) and clinical staff. This individual contributor role focuses on proactive sourcing, market intelligence, and full-cycle recruiting of RNs in existing and new markets. You will be responsible for building pipelines from diverse sources—including hospitals, ERs, and peer wellness clinics—while ensuring candidate quality, cultural alignment, and licensing compliance.

In addition, you will also manage select corporate recruiting needs. Success in establishing predictable, high-quality hiring outcomes will create a pathway to building and leading our recruiting team as Hydration Room scales nationwide.

Core Role Responsibilities:

  • Proactive RN Sourcing: Network across hospitals, ERs, competitor clinics, nursing associations, and nursing networking platforms. Cultivate talent pools to continuously fill FT and Per Diem RN roles.
  • Influence and convert high-performing Per Diem nurses into full-time RN roles by highlighting career growth and long-term opportunities within the organization.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage requisitions end-to-end (sourcing, assessments, interviewing, credentialing, offer negotiation, onboarding).
  • Market Mapping: Maintain real-time understanding of RN labor trends, peer employer staffing, and emerging talent sources.
  • Employer Brand & Candidate Experience: Represent Hydration Room at career events, school partnerships, and professional networks. Design outreach that elevates our employment brand and delivers a best-in-class candidate journey.
  • Partnership with Operations: Forecast hiring for new clinic launches and expansions in collaboration with field leaders.
  • Tools & Data: Evaluate recruiting tools, recommend ATS and sourcing platforms, and establish dashboards and KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, retention at 90 days).
  • Compliance & Credentialing: Ensure all hires meet licensure, certification, and documentation requirements in partnership with People & Culture and clinical leaders.
  • Corporate Recruiting: Manage select non-executive corporate roles to support company infrastructure.
  • Scaling the Function: As hiring volume grows, participate in hiring and mentoring additional recruiters to expand capacity.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as required.

What We Offer:

  • A fun, growing workplace where you can promote health and wellness in your community.
  • Direct impact on Hydration Room’s ability to grow and deliver accessible wellness care.
  • Opportunity to shape the recruiting function and eventually build/lead a high-performing hiring team.
  • Competitive pay and benefits, plus high visibility to executive leadership in a rapidly expanding wellness brand.
  • Career development opportunities.
  • Free IV/Injection perks program.
  • Vacation time.
  • Participation in a 401k program.
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Flexible scheduling.
  • Medical, dental, vision, paid life insurance, and voluntary benefits are available for all full time employees.

The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000 per year. Bonus eligible.

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of experience in clinical recruiting, with a track record of sourcing and placing RNs in high-volume or multi-site environments.
  • Demonstrated success proactively targeting nurses from hospital/ER/clinic settings.
  • Experience with pipeline tools, sourcing platforms, and onboarding systems.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment—able to adapt, prioritize, and execute with urgency.
