+ Oversee regional recruitment effort ensuring effective hiring practices and performance outcomes.

**NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS**
+ 5-7 years of full life cycle recruitment experience
+ Construction industry recruiting experience is required

+ Ability to plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.

**What else will you be doing:**
+ Drive the development of compensation philosophy and delivery of compensation programs ensuring alignment with the organization's business objectives and overall talent strategy.
+ Collaborate with Delta as a business owner for HR Technology and manage the development, installation, testing, and modification of HRIS systems and portals. Assess organizational needs and current HRIS systems and make recommendations for improvements.
+ Work closely with Delta Air Lines to deliver specific components of Delta Vacations' talent development platform including performance management systems, talent reviews, succession planning, and learning programs. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to business leaders in support of these initiatives.
+ Cultivate growth and guidance among team members to optimize efficiency. Ensure staff understand their roles and how they connect to the HR objectives.

Full-Time, Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required as job duties demand.

$81,467 - $143,292 annually

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Candidates for this position may have a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
+ Seven years of dynamic total rewards or compensation planning experience, with five years in HR leadership preferred.
+ Experience and understanding with compensation planning and strategy, including with hourly teams strongly preferred.
+ Practical experience in talent management, organizational development, project management and/or learning development preferred.
+ Candidates must have strong financial and analytical skills. They should be able to identify problems, gather data, and draw valid conclusions in a timely and accurate manner, with the ability to structure and guide strategic recommendations and improvements.
+ Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing the payment of wages and administration of compensation and employee benefit plans required.
+ Advanced PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required, and proficiency with data extraction and analysis tools such as SAP and Tableau required.
+ Compliance with all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations. Ensure corresponding compliance with staff members is required.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

What Experience and Education You Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

- Experience managing a volume field TA high-performing teams, including setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and providing coaching and development REQUIRED.
- Experience implementing systems and processes to support efficient day-to-day recruiting operations, and making data driven strategic recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop metrics, analyze data, generate meaningful insights and translate them into actions and plans that deliver results
- Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, hiring compliance, and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering strategic talent acquisition solutions
