The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for all positions within the organizationincluding design, sales, account management, project management, fabrication, logistics, and support roles. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop role-specific recruitment strategies.
  • Write and post compelling job descriptions that reflect ET Globals brand and culture to reach multiple platforms.
  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, school career fairs, and other creative channels.

  • Track metrics related to time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness; provide regular updates to leadership.

Skills And Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition; experience in creative, event, tradeshow or manufacturing industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment  

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for regional sales, operations, and specialty positions, from intake to offer. 

  • Develop strong partnerships with regional leadership to understand workforce plans, skill gaps, and hiring priorities. 

  • Create tailored recruiting strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent for hard-to-fill and time-sensitive roles. 

Talent Sourcing & Outreach  

  • Actively source candidates through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and direct outreach using modern headhunting techniques. 

  • Build relationships with local technical schools, colleges, and workforce development organizations to create candidate pipelines. 

  • Attend job fairs, school visits, and local hiring events in coordination with site leadership. 

Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience  

  • Champion a candidate-centric process that reflects the company’s brand, culture, and growth. 

  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between recruiting, hiring managers, and onboarding teams. 

  • Guide hiring managers through best practices on interviewing, selection, and equitable hiring. 

Collaboration & Reporting  

  • Partner closely with other regional recruiters and the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure alignment across teams. 

  • Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions, and KPI reviews to improve results and share market insights. 

  • Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and support the rollout of TA technology initiatives. 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment. 

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates using a variety of tools and platforms. 

  • Experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried roles in operational and/or sales environments. 

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; self-directed and accountable. 

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (Workday strongly preferred). 

  • Willingness to travel up to 60%, mostly day trips, driving to locations in the region, to support local hiring events and school outreach.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Assessment Advisor to support interview hiring events and collaborate with our team to ensure candidates assessed exhibit the right behaviors and attitudes throughout the hiring process. This role requires keen attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for identifying top talent.

This opportunity will serve approximately 6 months and will be an integral member of the talent assessment team.

The opportunity requires the individual to work 4 days onsite at our client in Atlanta, Georgia. Up to 6 month contract working 4 days a week on average. Hours of work: 7am to 4pm.

Hourly Rate: $35/hour USD

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral assessment methodologies and hiring best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze candidate data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing or supporting hiring events is a plus.

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to align assessment strategies with company values and objectives.
  • Facilitate and support hiring events, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and provide guidance on candidate selection.
  • Collaborate with interview panels to ensure consistency in evaluation criteria.
  • Utilize data and feedback to refine talent assessment methods and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with hiring policies and best practices.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on effective assessment techniques.
  • Contribute to team activities to foster a supportive and inclusive hiring environment.
