DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

O Responsible for certification and accuracy of G/T student database and files.

O Complete correspondence with parents regarding acceptance or denial into the G/T program and disseminate student testing results.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for assigned roles, from initial client consultation and job profiling to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify passive and active candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening interviews, assessing qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and guide them through the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress.
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and effectively close candidates.
- Contribute to the development of employer branding initiatives and recruitment best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market dynamics, and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or RPO environment.
- Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for a variety of roles, including challenging or niche positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and various recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing client relationships and understanding their business needs is a plus.
