  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone and video), and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including compensation negotiation and background checks.
  • Ensure a consistently positive and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the recruitment team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on corporate or agency environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for a diverse range of roles, including technical and leadership positions.
  • Expertise in using various recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is a plus.
