Maximus is currently hiring for a Sr Medical Services Recruiter to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote opportunity. The Sr Medical Services Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance. The Sr Medical Services Recruiter would also be tasked with utilizing various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.
- Due to contract requirements, only US Citizen or a Green Card holder can be considered for this opportunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance.
- Utilize various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of all required documents to the credentialing team, adhering to company compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on provider recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Ensure all hiring decisions comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative provider/DX facility recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with operational leaders to address workforce and provider recruitment challenges.
- Assist with training new provider/DX facility recruiters and cross-training of existing lower level recruiters.
- Please note upon hire, Veteran Evaluation Services (VES), a Maximus Co. will provide all necessary computer equipment that is to be utilized to fulfil the duties of your role. New hires will not be exempt from using company provided equipment.
- Home Office Requirements Using Maximus-Provided Equipment:

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous medical services and/or business development related recruiting experience highly preferred.

Pay Transparency

**PRIMARY PURPOSE** **:** To provide world class customer service and service delivery to our clients and patients through processing referrals in the delivery of medical goods and services.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Reaches out to patients in relation to new or already processing referrals confirming patient demographic information, providing updates on the referral, and/or confirming delivery of said goods or service.
+ Communicates with vendor partners, claims adjusters and nurse case managers providing updates on new referrals as well as referrals already in process.
+ Procures vendor partners for each referral as it relates to the goods or services requested.
+ Responsible for making or taking phone calls on existing referrals, new referrals, or other team members referrals.
+ Provides quotes back to clients for approval or follow up on quotes already sent to obtain written approval for requested referrals ensuring that each referral is deemed medically necessary and approved by the claim's adjuster.
+ Confirms all required and relevant billing information exists in each referral as it relates to the workflow and billing processes in place and moves those referrals to be billed each day.
+ Processes referrals per state regulations and workers compensation guidelines.

**Your responsibilities will include:**
+ Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth procedures and recovery
+ Providing non-medicated care like dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices
+ Keeping patient areas, operating rooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency
+ Managing supplies, equipment, and environmental logs to keep the team ready and protect patients through infection control
+ Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team while promoting safety and quality efforts
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
+ High School Graduate / GED
