Job Summary: The Seasonal Retail Associate is responsible for carrying out the front-line selling effort, driving sales revenue for the organization, creating the ultimate shopping experience for our fans and maintaining retail standards through back of house operations. Seasonal Retail Associates will drive results through effective communication and a demonstrated ability to work as a member of a winning team.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet fans and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one
  • Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans
  • Help execute a brand connection by ensuring fans enjoy a top-notch shopping experience
  • Maintain sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail
  • Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS)

Education, Experience and Requirements:

**This position is PRN (as needed) and will cover the Tampa Bay area and Valrico offices with variable hours between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday-Friday.**

**Hours:** Hours will vary between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Behavioral Health Office Representative Responsibilities:**
+ Obtains and updates patient information
+ Schedules patient appointments and assists with patient inquiries; may arrange for additional services
+ Collects and posts payments, and assists with patient billing questions
+ Ensures completion of all encounter documentation prior to check out
+ Accepts transfers from other facilities according to established guidelines.
+ Schedules patients with appropriate provider, answers phones and responds within time frames defined by departmental guidelines.
+ Obtains complete and accurate patient registration information according to department standards.
+ Reviews and confirms all registration information is accurate at each appointment and makes any required updates.
+ Consistently reviews cancellation, displaced patients, and appointment requests worklist throughout the day.
+ Reviews daily schedules for availability and coordinates with onsite supervisor to ensure providers' schedules are at capacity.
+ Greets, registers and checks in patients
**Requirements:**
+ High School or Equivalent
+ 1 year - Office Related
+ Customer service, interpersonal, critical thinking
+ Written and verbal communication
+ Works independently and with a team
+ Organization, administrative and clerical skills

Seasonal Retail Associate

As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you will be working to enhance the client experience with our selling team during our most magical time of year. You will report to a Senior Manager, the team Makes Life Extraordinary by leading with a people first mentality and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure clients are warmly welcomed into Neiman Marcus at store entrances and within store departments, transitioning the client to appropriate associate based on service needs
  • Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
  • Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as needed
  • Efficiently and graciously handles escalated issues by connecting customer with a member of the management team
  • Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests, questions and needs
  • Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup, Alterations (online and pickups) in partnership with Operations team and Managers on duty
  • Partner to support Fitting Room Experiences when needed
  • Look for opportunities to enhance the client experience by introducing our services such as Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, package carry-out or delivery

What You Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric role(s) with proven ability to sell products and services
  • Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include nights, weekends and holidays
