The Business Analyst is an entry level role into the Haleon commercial sales organization, in collaboration with the sales manager, you will have broad experiences across Sales, Insights, and Analytics. These experiences are the launching point of your career within the Haleon Commercial Organization. The Sales Analyst is a hands-on role which enables the Team by owning and contributing to distinct workstreams. The role will work directly with the customer and the team to contribute to attaining budget and growing share.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Own critical sales processes. Examples of processes are team reporting and tracking (via syndicated data and retailer pos), sales forecasting, joint business plan (JBP) scorecard, new item set up and tracking, and information management and distribution.

Complete regular analysis of customers and marketplace to identify risk and opportunity. Share findings with recommendation.

Participate in the preparation, planning and follow up of customer and internal meetings and presentations.

Use Technical expertise with reporting and analytics tools. Extensive use of Excel and Power BI, Microsoft 365.
The role is Minneapolis MN and will require 3 days in office presence.

Transform Target’s material handling automation systems to highly automated systems with robotics and transportation systems that are not tied to or require linear product flow. These systems are to have high levels of redundancy and operate in a matrixed flow. Teams work together to ensure a full-service technical solution that meets operational needs and that is sustainable and supported in future years while still having the flexibility and scalability for future change.
The collective team has the responsibility for the definition of the automation system technologies that will be deployed in Target facilities. The team supports all automation-related activities including implementation and sustainability and any other automation process integration activity that will help grow Target business. This role will join in a team of high level of technical competency in automated material flow system integrations, implementations and will work closely with internal and external technology partners to integrate the middleware systems necessary to enable flexible, scalable, and reliable automated systems. This Automation Intelligence and Integration Engineer role will lead supply chain automation and robotic system architecture and engineering standards and support rollout across a large scale of Supply Chain facilities. The role will drive alignment to standards and specifications in partnership with cross-team engineering teams, business stakeholders, vendor teams, UX designers, and data scientists.
