As a Target Guest Advocate (Cashier), you'll be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks from processing payments to assisting guests with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, assist them with finding products, and provide exceptional customer service.

Whether youre just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $6.00 to 21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to 16,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Planning to go above and beyond? With our commission program, the opportunities are unlimited for employees who exceed their sales goals. Top performers could make an extra 14,500 or more in individual-based commissions, giving you the chance to earn a total of 65,000+ to 73,500+ annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.

You’ll need to have: 

• High school diploma or GED.

• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (youll know your schedule four weeks in advance).

• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

Retail Sales Associates provide an exceptional customer shopping experience by greeting our guests and keeping our stores in-stock, clean and organized. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will support the manager in day to day operations. You will be cross-trained in all areas of the store, gaining valuable operations experience.
