+ Promote a physical security culture for our team members and guests by assessing and maintaining safe and secure standards throughout the store, including exterior property.
+ Respond to and accurately document security incidentsin a timely manner.
+ Appropriatelyrespond to guest issues to provide a safe and secure environment for our team members and guests.
+ Leverage de-escalation tactics and resources when responding to security incidents across the store.
+ Conduct merchandisetheft recoveries and providetheftapprehension support as needed, strictly adhering to AP policies.
+ Prevent theft and shortage at the front of store by performing merchandise receipt checks whileadhering to AP policies, as well as recognizing and communicating trends.
+ Submit appropriate documentationin the case management system for all incidents following AP policy and procedures.
+ Understand and appropriately use Target's video surveillance system.
+ Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
+ Work in a safe manner at all times;comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.

The Account Manager role is responsible for leading business results across Target, including sales volume, spending within budget, and share growth. The Account Manager supports all initiatives for Target US and has significant internal collaboration with internal stakeholders. ? Manage supply chain initiatives through S&OP process to optimize ship point mix, new fulfillment opportunities, planning for peak periods, and improvements on scorecard/chargebacks.
? Work collaboratively with demand planning to provide annual and ongoing customer forecasting for new product concepts, initiatives, and annual brand plans.
? Develop and implement short and long-term eCommerce growth strategies to increase sales and profits, including analysis of product mix, pricing, promotions, and consumer trends.
? Lead development, monitoring, and analysis of sales forecasts and related data, including profitability, rate of sale, promotional performance, etc.
? Maintain an effective working knowledge of external market factors, including competitive information, technology trends, retailer initiatives, pricing etc. in order to make educated account decisions and product recommendations to grow the business.
? Work with internal and external peers around the globe to share and apply best practices for maximizing sales, managing relationships, reporting, driving supply chain efficiencies, and other aspects of the business.
