Our IPO and SPAC Advisory practice provides IPO and private capital issuers and SPAC targets with transaction perspectives, insights and advice as they evaluate and execute capital markets transactions.
As a transaction advisory Manager, you will be a vital member of the team advising our clients on navigating transformational capital markets transactions. Our work starts early in the transaction cycle as we help our clients prepare to transition to the public markets and for their interactions with Wall Street and other key service providers around a prospective transaction. Our responsibilities include: developing and aligning key stakeholders around the company's equity story / investor messaging and company and transaction models, underwriting syndicate strategy and financial advisor selection support, transaction and fee precedent analysis, perspectives on transaction structuring, valuation, marketing and pricing strategies, and general capital markets transaction management alongside our dedicated project management practice.

**To qualify for the role you must have**
+ A bachelor's degree
+ 2-4 years of recent experience in the Equity Capital Markets group at a major investment bank
+ Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses (in good standing).
+ Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
+ Established networking skills, including excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
+ The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours and locations as needed.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $250,000 to $300,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
