**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Law, Operations Research, Financial Engineering, Statistics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Tax, Law, Operations Research, Financial Engineering, Statistics or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.
Must have 4 years of tax experience in one or a combination of the following: a professional services firm; a mid-size/regional to large sized/national public accounting firm; or a large company with an internal tax function.
Must have 4 years of experience with federal income taxation, including partnership taxation.
Must have 4 years of experience using Microsoft Excel to review complex financial models and build flexible calculations from scratch.
Must have 3 years of experience applying quantitative methods within accounting and corporate finance contexts.
Must have 2 years of experience with modeling tax transactions and/or partnership tax compliance.
Must have 2 years of experience developing team members and supervising teams of junior tax professionals.
Must have 1 year of experience managing tax engagements, including engagement-related budgeting and billing, serving as a primary point of contact for clients, and escalating issues to tax partners or executives as needed.
Must have one of the following: CPA certification; member of a U.S State Bar; or an Enrolled Agent.
Requires travel up to 35% of which less than 5% may be international to serve client needs.
