Reporting to the **Senior Director, Global Tax Strategy,** the **Senior Manager of Global Tax Strategy** will play a key role in shaping Veralto's global tax initiatives. This includes driving strategic tax efforts, supporting M&A integrations, and assisting with transfer pricing compliance and strategy. You will partner closely with treasury on cash management initiatives, act as a trusted advisor to operating companies on tax implications of business decisions, and provide international tax advisory support. The role also involves managing legal entity structures, overseeing external advisors and budgets, implementing process improvements through technology, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and reporting requirements.
This position is part of the Global Tax team based in Waltham, MA. The role offers flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement from our Waltham office, but we are also open to candidates across the U.S. who are interested in a fully remote opportunity.
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Strategy - Co-develop and assisttax efforts in support of the company's global strategies while working directly with the Senior Director ofGlobal Tax Strategy. Initiate and facilitate operating model optimization as well as rationalization efforts.
+ M&A - partner withthe Senior Manager of M&A on post-deal integration.
+ Transfer pricing - Assist with transfer pricing compliance (functional interviews, transfer pricing documentation preparation (local files and master files), CbCR and CbCR notifications, etc.), as well as transfer pricing strategy and controversy while working directly with the Director of Global Transfer Pricing.
+ Cash Management - Support initiatives addressing intercompany cash flows including repatriation, intercompany loans, and other transactions as identified through partnership with the treasury team.
+ Strategic Business Partnering - Be a trusted business partner to Veralto's operating companies. Regularly interact with designated individuals within the operating companies regarding the tax implications of supply chain changes and operational expansion efforts, and the interrelationship between operational decisions/direction.
+ International Tax Advisory - Interface with external business partners and tax advisors to execute due diligence and transaction planning, assess potential impacts and advise senior tax management on potential implications and countermeasures.
+ Legal Entity Management - Manage the establishment or elimination of legal entities, including maintenance plans and associated supporting documentation.
+ Advisors and Budget Management - Manage external advisory support along with budgets and timelyaccruals.
+ Process Improvements - Expand the use of technology and automation by making proactive suggestions to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
+ Governance Framework - Support compliance with and refinement of established tax policies and procedures as set forth in the company's tax manual and other interacting policies like the business change management policy.
+ Coordinate with the Tax Reporting & Compliance team - Following the implementation of global tax strategy initiativessuch as internal restructurings, cash repatriation, or post-deal integrations, to ensure all transactions are accurately reflected in financial reporting.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ 8+ years of cross-border structuring experience, proficient in the US/international technical tax rules and regulations involving global tax planning concepts.
+ Pre- and post-acquisition planning including integration.
+ Transfer pricing and supply chain planning.
+ Operational experience in a complex, global enterprise and/or experience in amanager or equivalent position with a major law or accounting firm advising complex global enterprises.
+ Bachelor's degree in Tax and/or Finance/Accounting required. CPA and/or JD required.
+ A MST, MBA, a plus.
+ Understanding of US tax principles and US tax accounting (current and deferred tax) rules pursuant to ASC740.
+ Demonstrated strength in organizational and prioritization skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex processes and concepts in clear, straightforward language tailored to the audience.
+ Proven ability to lead and coordinate tax analysis in support of strategic initiatives.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical FP&A Analyst with experience in the construction industry. This role will serve as a bridge between Accounting and Operations, providing accurate financial reporting, forecasting support, and operational metrics that drive informed decision-making.
The FP&A Analyst will support the CFO, Director of Operations, and COO by preparing financial analyses, developing performance metrics (KPIs), and improving visibility into job-level and company-wide results. A key part of this role will be helping the COO and Director of Operations become more financially savvy by explaining accounting and finance concepts in clear, practical terms, enabling stronger decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial forecasts and models.
- Prepare monthly variance analysis (budget vs. actual, forecast vs. actual) and explain key drivers.
- Support budgeting processes and job-level forecasting for labor, trucking, and equipment utilization.
Operational Analytics & KPIs
- Develop and update dashboards and reporting tools to track operational and financial performance.
- Provide Operations leadership with clear, actionable data on job performance, costs, and efficiency metrics.
- Generate job-level insights that improve accountability and operational decision-making.
Cross-Functional Support & Financial Education
- Partner with Accounting and Operations to ensure consistent, accurate data across reporting systems.
- Explain financial and accounting concepts to the COO and Director of Operations, making data more accessible and actionable.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support Operations and Finance leadership.
- Assist with standardizing reports across systems that currently do not interface.
Process & Data Improvement
- Help streamline manual reporting processes and improve efficiency in data collection.
- Support efforts to ensure integrity and alignment of data across Accounting, Jobs, and Operations.
- Recommend ways to automate reporting and improve timeliness of insights.
Other Duties
- Assist with any other financial, operational, or accounting projects as the need arises.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles; construction industry experience strongly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, job costing, and financial reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills: experience with construction or accounting software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large, complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain financial concepts to non-financial leaders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
