Job Summary:
Program Managers report to a Program Director and contribute to a quality student experience by ensuring the success of program components, which may include program design, assessment, technology integrations, and curriculum development. Program Managers manage teaching faculty, foster student development, oversee the student experience, and engage in academic governance.

Job Description
**Position Purpose:** Lead the development of immersive, evidence-based training programs by leveraging a strong background in simulation-based healthcare education. This role will oversee a team of instructional designers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance staff performance and quality through innovative learning solutions.
***The Instructional Design Manager is primarily remote. Candidates will be considered nationally. ***
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manages the activities related to various training and educational programs for the Contact Center staff. Develops and implements instructional strategies that align with education goals and regulatory standards. Advocates for the integration of simulation-based learning across training programs.
+ Leads and mentors a team of instructional designers.
+ Applies instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles tailored to healthcare professionals to prepare a variety of training aids and materials. Ensures content aligns with guidelines, standards, and protocols.
+ Leverages technologies such as VR/AR, manikin-based simulations, and virtual Contact Center environments to design and manage the development of high-fidelity simulations, virtual patient scenarios, and interactive case-based learning.
+ Oversees multiple vendor projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with priorities to accomplish the Contact Center training goals and objectives.
+ Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
+ Develops metrics to assess learning outcomes, performance, and ROI. Analyzes feedback and performance data to refine learning experiences and submit reports and recommendations to management.
+ Stay current with trends in healthcare education, simulation technology, and instructional design.
**Highly Preferred Skills:**
+ At least 2 years of leadership experience
+ Strong background in simulation-based education utilizing tools such as SimTrain or Zenerate
+ Prior experience in a dynamic work environment
+ Contact Center experience
**Education/Experience:** Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of training experience within the hiring departments function, preferably in a managed care/insurance environment. Familiarity with computer based training tools, vendors and other technology based training platforms. Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning styles, and evaluative methodologies in measuring impact on organization and ROI of training expenditures. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.
Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
