• Create lesson plans, assessments, instructional activities, and multimedia resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in K-12 or higher education curriculum development is a plus.

• Designing and developing comprehensive curricula and instructional materials for various educational levels and formats.
• Conducting needs assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities.
• Defining clear learning objectives and outcomes for educational programs.
• Creating engaging content, including lesson plans, presentations, exercises, assessments, and multimedia resources.

• Oversee the entire curriculum development lifecycle, from needs assessment and design to implementation, evaluation, and iteration.
• Ensure that all curriculum materials are pedagogically sound, engaging, relevant, and accessible to a diverse learner population.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including product management, marketing, and technology, to ensure curriculum success.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching comprehensive educational programs.
• Deep understanding of adult learning theories (andragogy) and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors/SMEs.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a remote team.
• Experience in online or distance education is highly preferred.
