• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English

• Develop learning objectives, assessments, and evaluation strategies to measure learning outcomes.
• Utilize various instructional technologies and platforms to create blended and online learning experiences.
• Review and revise existing curricula to ensure they remain current, relevant, and effective.
• Manage multiple curriculum development projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
• Create high-quality multimedia assets, including graphics, videos, and interactive elements.
• Facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders and make necessary revisions based on input.
• Stay current with trends and innovations in instructional design and educational technology.
• Contribute to the development of training materials for faculty and staff on curriculum implementation.

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning theories.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle.
• Proficiency in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Strong understanding of assessment design and evaluation methods.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Experience in higher education or corporate training settings is a plus.

• Create instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and activities.
• Develop effective assessments to measure student learning outcomes.
• Integrate multimedia elements and interactive content into courses.
• Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to build and manage online courses.
• Ensure all developed content adheres to UDL and accessibility standards.
• Evaluate course effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data.
• Stay updated on best practices in online education and instructional design.
• Manage curriculum development projects from inception to completion.

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, specifically for online learning.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle).
• Experience with multimedia development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE).
