• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in higher education or professional training environments.
• Proven expertise in adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in developing curriculum for both online and face-to-face learning environments.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle.
• Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is highly desirable.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
