- Implement and evaluate curriculum effectiveness, using feedback and data to make continuous improvements.
- Ensure that curricula adhere to educational standards, accreditation requirements, and best practices in instructional design.
- Develop and maintain a repository of curriculum resources and best practices.
- Provide training and support to educators on curriculum implementation and new teaching methodologies.
- Stay abreast of educational research, technological advancements in learning, and emerging trends in curriculum development.
- Manage curriculum development projects from conception to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Contribute to the development of institutional policies and procedures related to curriculum and academic programming.
- Facilitate workshops and professional development sessions for faculty.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all curriculum materials.
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a similar educational role.
- Proven experience in designing curricula for diverse learning audiences and contexts.
- Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and assessment strategies.
- Proficiency with educational technology tools and learning management systems (LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex educational concepts.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in educational research and evaluation is a plus.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in educational content development.
