Key Responsibilities:
+ Meeting Facilitation: Plan, organize, and lead team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to ensure clear objectives, active participation, and actionable outcomes.
+ Process Improvement: Provide facilitation services to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery within the Gravity Platform. This includes:
+ Conducting market research to assess emerging tools, solutions, and DevOps techniques
+ Leading value stream mapping exercises to streamline workflows
+ Creating service blueprints to visualize and optimize service delivery
+ Organizing workshops to identify gaps, streamline workflows, and prioritize enhancements
+ Collaboration Enhancement: Foster a positive team dynamic by encouraging open communication, active listening, and constructive feedback among team members.
+ Market Strategy Development: In partnership with the Technical Writer, assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive market strategy for the Gravity Platform, including:
+ Facilitating outreach campaigns to promote the platform
+ Ensuring alignment of promotional activities with mission objectives
+ Gathering feedback from stakeholders to refine strategy implementation
+ Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts or disagreements within the team, ensuring a respectful and productive working environment
+ Deliverables: Produce actionable recommendations, stakeholder engagement plans, and documented outcomes to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
+ Documentation and Follow-Up: Summarize key discussion points, decisions, and action items from meetings, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability
+ Training and Development: Design and deliver team-building exercises or training sessions to enhance team cohesion and skill development
Qualifications:
Required:
+ Security Clearance: Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. government security clearance, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
+ Experience: 0-2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a technology-driven environment, with experience in creating SOPs and marketing content
+ Technical Skills: Familiarity with software development processes, APIs, and tools such as Markdown, Git, or content management systems. Experience with diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus
+ Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language

Basic Compensations: $67,600 - $101,300 (For The Colorado Springs Area Only)
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.

Description
Arc is focused on ensuring both our students and staff are safe on campus. As a measure to implement safety measures against COVID-19, arc now requires that all employees. Traveling Program Facilitator for Middle or High School Programs
A qualified applicant will naturally possess a positive, professional disposition to help our school sites run effectively. This individual will be solutions-oriented and willing to pitch in where necessary to keep our school site on track to achieve organizational goals.
Essential Functions:
- Interact and foster positive relationships with students to ensure that all students feel welcomed in the program
- Practice proper attendance procedures by signing students in and out of the after school program, ensuring all attendance records are in compliance with arc's requirements
- Facilitate lesson plans for curriculum based activities
- Report for work to a different site location daily
- Provide academic support to students by fostering positive and supportive learning environments
- Demonstrate leadership and a commitment to educating and empowering youth to reach their full potential
- Have the ability to work with, manage, and actively supervise a group of 20 or more students
- Have basic knowledge of age appropriate classroom and behavior management skills
- Must be able to solve problems, make decisions, resolve conflicts in alignment with arc's standards of conduct
- Accurately report incidents and document them according to arc's safety and supervision procedures
- Contribute to the planning and organization of student activities and events that focus on cultural and ethnic diversity, social justice advocacy, and service learning
- Be a responsible, energetic, and creative individual
- Required to attend arc and district led trainings. May be required to comuteto the home office or district office for meetings
- Solid after school programming skills garnered from 1+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to provide constant student supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate professional attitude, approach, and commitment to integrity
- Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Commitment to working toward the common goal of helping to provide experiential education to underserved young people at our various programs
- Must be fully vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.
- Availability to work set school programming hours, typically 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday, adjusted as necessary to meet program demands
- Availability to report to work between the hours of 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM for early dismissal, only if assigned program site requires it
- Experience working with youth
- Experience working in after school programs or youth recreational facilities
- Experience in working with ethnic and culturally diverse communities
- Desire to work outdoors with students
- Energetic, motivated, outgoing personalities strongly desired
- Experience of marketing events to students with creativity and clarity
- Bilingual preferred
- Official or Unofficial College Transcripts that confirms 48+ college credit units completed or Pass Score on district exam / academic proficiency exam
- Negative TB Test Result
- Pass Live Scan Clearance (Background check) in compliance with applicable federal and state laws
- Current CPR Certification - adult, child and infant
- COVID - 19 Vaccination Record
The Traveling Facilitator position is part-time, non-exempt. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Programs and works collaboratively with Special Programs Coordinators at arc and Site Coordinators and Program Liaisons at the school sites where they are placed at. This position requires the employee to report to work to a different location daily.

Summary
Were seeking a dynamic and engaging Training Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team. This role requires a confident public speaker who can deliver in-person and virtual training sessions, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure that each employee begins their journey with clarity, confidence, and support. The ideal candidate is a confident presenter, an independent self-starter, and a trusted professional who brings warmth, clarity, and polish to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate interactive and informative onboarding and training sessions for case staff, both in person and virtually
- Foster a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the firms core values and commitment to excellence while clearly communicating expectations and procedures to learners
- Monitor attendance and maintain accurate training records, ensuring compliance and documentation are consistently up to date
- Prepare and submit session summaries and reporting on attendance, engagement, and feedback
- Serve as the primary point of contact during training sessions, offering real-time support and guidance to participants
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other training tools, escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with Learning & Development and department leaders to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with firm standards
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve delivery methods and participant engagement
- Represent the firm with professionalism and confidence when interacting with employees at all levels of the organization
Qualifications
- Proven experience facilitating professional training, onboarding, or public speaking in a corporate or legal environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a warm, professional presence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Comfortable troubleshooting basic technical issues and responding flexibly in dynamic situations
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to think on your feet, problem-solve in real time, and maintain composure under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a legal setting; experience in personal injury law strongly preferred
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally across all levels of an organization, including attorneys and executives
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and training material development
Location: This position will be based in either our Orlando, FL or Brooklyn, NY office
Salary Range: $40,000 USD - $0,000 USD
