In this key role, you will provide VDC/BIM/Digital Delivery management and leadership by aligning technologies with internal and client goals and define digital delivery scope for project estimates, and coordinate project technical setup and model deliverables. As the VDC Lead, you will create and implement Design and Construction BIM Execution Plans for EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management); Integrate VDC tasks including 3D logistics and safety planning, 4D scheduling, 5D Cost and quantity take-offs; define, coordinate, administer and manage the use of the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud) from design to construction including Docs, Build, Coordination modules; kick-off, manage and track progress on Clash Detection for Design Teams and Trade Partners; lead clash resolution meetings; serve as BIM Subject Matter Expert on projects in design and construction; and coordinate laser scan data integration and facilitate Scan to BIM efforts. You will also manage model redline and as-built processes; verify construction install with model based practices; create project processes and lead mobile device trainings for field employees; lead and facilitate reality capture/for progress reporting and weekly reports for remote team members including 360 Photos, laser scans, drone data; and act as technology lead and offer in field technical troubleshooting, support for software, model viewing and mobile device applications.
As the VDC Lead, you will be involved with stakeholder collaboration and act as the Digital Delivery and VDC stakeholder and lead on Design and Construction projects. You will consult during business development during proposals and estimates; collaborate with clients, representatives, and contractors; manage trade partner modeling efforts and quality through construction.
In addition, you will support team development by developing training materials and offer technical guidance. You will recruit, manage, and mentor employees; and enhance team expertise through collaboration with subject matter experts. You will act as on-site management by providing daily on-site presence and leadership; coordinate VDC activities with field operations; and create, execute and own onsite VDC processes.

* At least 7 years of experience in VDC/BIM roles within the construction industry
* Strong understanding of BIM technologies and their application in manufacturing environments in Design and Construction
* Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Revizto) and Autodesk Construction Cloud
* Experience with laser scanning and point cloud data management
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Proven track record of onsite leadership of VDC activities
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment on a project site and virtually
* Experience in developing and implementing BIM execution plans

**Job Summary**

**Qualifications**

The Team
The People Analytics & Research (PAR) Team collaborates across Talent and the business to uncover data-driven insights to solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change inside of Deloitte. Our teams (e.g., data science, surveys, candidate assessments, evaluation, strategic reporting, talent dashboards and storytelling) provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, fuels the business.
This role engages directly with Talent leadership/teams to deliver on requests across products and services PAR offers. We're looking for a versatile professional to be a key player in our journey to deliver holistic data driven insights to our Talent leaders and teams.

Work you'll do
+ Support talent leadership with strategic reporting, dashboarding, and insights to drive data driven decision making
+ Create data visualizations that tell a story as well as operational dashboards (i.e., in support of executive presentations, summary of analytics projects, or as standalone dashboards) using various tools (e.g., PPT, Tableau)
+ Support intricate, strategic analyses and data requests from senior leaders
+ Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the talent lifecycle to design, build, and test holistic data and visualization solutions
+ Develop broad expertise in Talent data and reporting to understand the full landscape
+ Advise Talent leaders on key opportunities discovered by data and bring data into the discussion
+ Work in a dynamic client- and team -focused environment with minimal oversight
+ Ability to balance detail (e.g., tracking nuanced client needs) with thinking strategically about underlying goals/needs and how to address them most effectively
+ Ability to communicate effectively with a broad set of clients
Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, visualization
+ At least 3 years of experience with Tableau Desktop
+ Experience using data transformation or modeling tools such as Tableau Prep or SQL
+ Visualization skills and storyboarding skills
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables:
+ In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends
+ In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks
+ In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources
+ In Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version control
Preferred:
+ Experience working with HR or talent data
+ Experience publishing and delivering content on Tableau Server
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Required Qualifications:

+ 1+ years of experience with AI/ML and GenAI.
+ Prior software engineering experience with the understanding of Business Context Diagrams (BCD), sequence/activity/state/entity relationship/data flow diagrams, OOP/OOD, data structures, algorithms, and code instrumentations.
+ Prior experience using methodologies & tools such as XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, etc. to deliver high-quality products rapidly.
