We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on and motivated Digital Development Lead for a hybrid role, based in Naperville IL, to design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-based solutions using Java and AWS stack. As a technical leader, you will work with a team of developers to ensure technical excellence and drive successful delivery of complex software projects.

**Requirements:**
**Technical Skills:**
+ Advanced knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate/JPA.
+ Experience with building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
+ Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, Angular, or React is a plus.
+ Proficient in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, and CloudFormation.
+ Familiarity with AWS monitoring tools like CloudWatch, X-Ray, or AWS Config.
