Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Complete cost allocation plans for assigned clients.

- Obtain contract renewals for multiple clients.

- Manage relationships with multiple clients as well as project staff responsible for projects.

- Support leadership in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, on time and within budget.

- Track the status and due dates of projects.

- Collaborate with project managers on various initiatives and projects to track progress and provide support as necessary.

- Facilitate regular meetings and reviews.

- Adhere to contract requirements and comply with all corporate policies and procedures.

- Evaluate employee performance and recommend employees' needs and development opportunities to leadership.

- Be available to work remotely in a virtual team and office environment and travel to client locations in California as needed.

- Highly proficient in business process modeling and analysis

- Experience within state government

- Experience working with multiple teams.

- Experience leading projects and/or facilitating standing workgroup/workstream meetings and collaboration sessions.

- Recent project experience with a public sector agency serving vulnerable populations

- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills, as well as an understanding of client relationship building are essential

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.

- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in related field.

- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.

- Ability to communicate well with multiple clients and consultants.

- Knowledge of state and local governments.

- Must have a minimum five (5) years of experience performing vendor management and project oversight

- Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of Project Management experience for large systems projects.

- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience directly related to large public sector projects that include industry-standard and best practices. Preferably working in Health and Human Services.

- Must be willing and able to travel to client locations in California as needed.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI)Advanced Degree preferred.

- Preferred location: state of California, or states in the Pacific Time Zone.

Home Office Requirements:

Qualifications Required:

The team supports and executes activities related to Corporate Governance, including Governance Committees, management meetings, Board Material Data Accuracy Controls, Escalations of Events, and oversight of the Client Organization Executive Scorecard Risk & Control metric performance, Organizational Change Management and New Activities.
Overview:
This role specifically sits within the Governance team. The role will be expected to execute and support a range of activities related to the Client Organizations Governance for effective Governance management and improving the Client Organizations overall decision-making through enhancing processes and culture.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the building upon the designed, implementing, and maintaining a Client Organization Governance over management meetings in line with Citi's Governance Operating Model
- Implement Governance Committee policy documents, templates, training, communications, review and assessments within the operating guide
- Ensure approval of the Client Organization Governance operating guide
- Oversee the maintenance and regularly review the inventory of Client owned Governance Committees and management meetings and manage the inventory through the lifecycle
- Monitor compliance with the operating guide and work with various Committee or management meeting secretaries or coordinators to identify and address potential issues related to operational efficiency
- Review for approval regular reporting of inventory that may be included in Governance Committees or management meetings
- Oversee the governance flow for ease of understanding matters being escalated or elevated
- Reduce redundancies or duplicative management meetings through robust screening of new management meeting request
- Work on ad-hoc requests and assist with the oversight of Wholesale Lending Governance landscape
- Review materials and present 'Roadshows' across the Client Organization to build awareness of the Client Organization's Governance processes, and roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate, monitor, and ensure the execution of controls are effective
Qualifications & skills:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in Financial Services in Business Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, and/or governance and control
- Experience in Corporate Governance and governance coordination
- Experience managing teams with broad accountability in a complex environment, works effectively in a cross-functional organization with the ability to balance strategic priorities with tactical actions
- Demonstrated experience in providing effective ongoing program management support including continuous program improvement
- Solid understanding of a broad range of financial services products/services and end-to-end processes
- Excellent knowledge of and experience with financial services control environments, business processes, and ever-evolving governance processes and regulatory environments
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thought in evaluating business problems, articulating problem statements concisely and guiding the development of logical, pragmatic control recommendations and solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starting team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Demonstrative analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capability
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

**Operations**
+ Responsible for holding store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
+ Assists with and coaches other team members to work with warehouse and vendor ordering process as the orders are created, reviewed, and received, including opening the backdoor for vendor deliveries.
+ Responsible and accountable for registering all related sales on assigned cash register, including records of scanning errors, price verifications, items not on file, price modifications, and voids.
+ Assists manager or assistant store manager in reviewing order exceptions on order release day and assists in reverse logistics (e.g., 1506, returns, empty package).
+ Assists manager or assistant store manager in evaluating and developing displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Completes resets and revisions.
+ Maintains accurate inventory counts; maintains the accuracy of on-hand quantities including, but not limited to, basic departments, stockroom, and overstock locations.
+ Assist with ensuring the Outdate program is followed with team members.
+ Responsible for basic department pricing and making daily price changes; ensures proper signage is displayed at the store to support accurate pricing of products. Ensures any additional pricing tasks related to local regulations and/or regulatory compliance programs are completed accurately and within the required time frame.
+ Assist with bookkeeping activities, including cash report, cash counts, ledgers, and bill payment as necessary or as requested.
+ Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance, including requesting store or system repairs as required in manager absence, or as requested by manager.
+ Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). For consumable items, assists in stock rotation, using the first in, first out method and restock outs.
+ Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
+ Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested.
+ Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
+ Responsible for bag checks of team members before leaving the store.
+ Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
+ Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
**Training & Personal Development**
+ Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager.
**Communications**
+ Serves as a liaison between management and non-management team members by communicating assigned tasks to team members when store management is not present.
