We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Project Lead to join Coinbase's Office of the CPO (Chief People Officer) to support the execution of strategic key priorities across the People Success Team (PST). In this role, you will be partnering with various Center of Excellences (COEs) to drive HR initiatives and programs to support long term business objectives, ensuring effective execution, clear stakeholder communication and orchestrated coordination. **The Role**

Job Description
- Overseeing all phases of construction projects, from initiation to closeout.
- Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Leading and motivating project teams, including site superintendents and field staff.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Managing client relations and providing regular project updates.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and developing contingency plans.
- Reviewing and approving construction plans, specifications, and change orders.
- Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Negotiating contracts and resolving disputes.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
- Strong understanding of risk management and quality control principles.
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced construction environment.
