Experience with various construction methods and materials, as well as proficiency in project management software, is required. • Overseeing all phases of construction projects, from initiation to closeout.
• Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Leading and motivating project teams, including site superintendents and field staff.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers.
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Managing client relations and providing regular project updates.
• Identifying and mitigating project risks and developing contingency plans.
• Reviewing and approving construction plans, specifications, and change orders.
• Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Negotiating contracts and resolving disputes.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or institutional construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
• Strong understanding of risk management and quality control principles.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced construction environment.
