Complete Description : Client's Applications Development & Operations Group is looking for a Senior Project Lead whose primary responsibilities will include; managing project plans and deliverables, conducting integrated teaming sessions, performing systems analysis, developing user stories from Product Backlog Items, performing general business analysis activities and developing/assisting in the development of documentation related to all project activities for the life of the project, to include but not limited to technical and functional requirements and user guides. The Project Lead will work under the supervision of an Program Manager. The successful candidates will be responsible for and expected to: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives ,deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Lead project teams in executing tasks, managing dependencies, and resolving issues to ensure successful project completion within budget and schedule constraints. Utilize project management methodologies and tools to monitor progress, track milestones, and mitigate risks effectively. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and communication channels to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals. Work closely with technical teams, including developers, engineers, and architects, to design, develop, and implement technology solutions aligned with DC Government's strategic objectives. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and finances, to optimize efficiency and maximize project outcomes. Establish quality assurance processes and metrics to assess the performance, reliability, and usability of technology solutions deployed by the DC Government. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulations governing technology projects and government operations. Display a high degree of adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to assist fellow team members; and Display extremely strong critical thinking skills. CACI is looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated **Lifecycle Project Lead** to support the mission objectives and needs of the customer, the Defense Intelligence Agency. The position is contingent upon award of the DIA SITE III CIO Information Services (CIS) contract.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for team compliance with enterprise vision and governance policies/procedures/regulations, schedules, service delivery quality, and stakeholder engagement plans/actions
+ Maintains an in-depth understanding of IT hardware assets for lifecycle of existing processes, policies, and tools
+ Ensures high-quality delivery through collaborative customer and team processes, reviews, and demonstrations
+ Fosters open communication and collaboration to all levels of team structure; measures effectiveness using detailed performance metrics where practical
+ Champions IT/IM service delivery standards and values across the enterprise
+ Develops and maintains lifecycle project management plan for replacing and updating hardware and performs quality assurance management functions: IT Portfolio, IT Investment Management, and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC)

A Construction Project Lead is a professional who leads and oversees a construction project, and works with Engineers and Architects, and other vendors to develop a plan, create a project time frame, distribute resources, and ensure timely completion and within budget.

- Responsible for setting and managing expectations, developing a detailed project plan, assist in defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks, manage and mitigate these risks and assigning team members/departments to specific tasks.

- An experienced owner's representative recognizes when project costs are too high or low and will look for opportunities where the schedule and budget can be brought back into line.

+ Manages the time, money and people for multiple construction projects to ensure that company needs are met. Supervises project plans and contractor performance.
+ Leads multiple construction projects and cooperates with in-house service partners. Reviews and evaluates construction workflow processes and makes appropriate adjustments to meet quality standards and clients' requirements.
+ Develops project plans in conjunction with the architect, consultants and other in-house groups. Sets project schedules and allocates resources that are in line with project goals. Determines and orders materials for project.
+ Maintains cost control for the project and monitors project-related commitments so that approved spending limits are not exceeded. If cost change is warranted, completes request for additional funding prior to making the change.
+ Manages contractors, supply vendors and consultants based on established contract terms in order to keep the project on time and on budget.
