Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Complete cost allocation plans for assigned clients.

- Obtain contract renewals for multiple clients.

- Manage relationships with multiple clients as well as project staff responsible for projects.

- Support leadership in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, on time and within budget.

- Track the status and due dates of projects.

- Collaborate with project managers on various initiatives and projects to track progress and provide support as necessary.

Minimum Requirements

- Must be willing and able to travel to client locations in California as needed.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI)Advanced Degree preferred.

Job Summary

Ramp Lead is first and foremost responsible for ensuring a safe work environment for the entire crew while properly safeguarding the aircraft and the flights performance. By supporting Ramp Agents professional development, this role ensures that Ramp Agents are knowledgeable about ground operations related GAT policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service and on time flight performance. Leads work with Supervisors and other leaders on staffing, supporting regular and irregular operations, and may provide training to Ramp Agents as necessary.

Job Duties
  • Ramp Leads must report to work on a regular and timely basis.
  • Ensures Ramp Agents are in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ready to perform duties
  • Provides input on operational improvements and efficiencies
  • Reports operational feedback for flight delays and performance to leadership
  • Addresses security related issues to leadership, is responsible for meetings
  • Able to perform under pressure and within fixed time constraints
  • Ensure Ramp Agents are adhering to our uniform standards
  • Lift, load, unload, and transport customer bags and cargo to/from aircrafts, bag carts, and conveyor belts,

**About the Shop Foreman / Lead Diesel Mechanic Position**
As a Lead Fleet Technician / Shop Foreman at First Student, you'll schedule and perform school bus fleet maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems, and maintain service records. Other job duties will include:
+ Supervise technicians in the shop.
+ Generate work orders and track progress through completion.
+ Maintain advanced knowledge of all vehicle components to effectively diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs.
+ Monitor shop operational performance and efficiency and take action to improve as needed.
**Lead Fleet Technician / Shop Foreman Qualifications**
+ Valid driver's license required; Willingness to obtain CDL while employed - We train!
+ At least 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance & repair experience or technical school education.
+ Previous experience in a lead technician, supervisor, or other management role is preferred.
+ Possess a mechanic's tool set.
+ Willingness to participate in ASE certification program. Training, testing, and bonuses provided!

The PaaS Lead will be responsible for leading the development, deployment, and maintenance of a platform-as-a-service offering. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing technical architecture while delivering scalable and reliable solutions.

Job-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain a scalable Platform-as-a-Service Infrastructure on RHEL and OpenShift Container Platforms, including data services, storage, networking, and security components.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, and implement corrective actions on a hybrid/private cloud-based platform.
  • Conduct regular cybersecurity vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Develop and maintain security incident response plans and procedures.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline platform deployments, provisioning, and management tasks.
  • Deploy and manage machines with VMware, vCenter, Kickstart, Puppet, Foreman, and CIS-CAT
  • Manage and configure host-based security systems.
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools, supporting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) within RHEL containers.
  • Use monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, IBM NetCool, and Solarwinds.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve service interruptions, including on-call support
  • Provide hardware support for servers and workstations.
  • Experience with leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to manage, secure, and maintain the environment/platform infrastructure.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

  • An active Secret Clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree: additional experience would be considered in lieu of degree.
  • At least 12 years of experience in the related field.
