As a valued colleague on our Marketing PMO (Project Management Office) team, the Marketing Project Management Lead will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. You will provide expert guidance on planning, initiating, and managing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery within scope and budget. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex workflows, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The Marketing Project Management Lead role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
* Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Identify project action steps, assign owners, and track progress to ensure accountability.
* Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using structured change control processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project goals, guidelines, and deliverables.
* Ensure resource availability and effective capacity planning across teams.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
* Use workflow management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront) to manage tasks, timelines, and approvals.
* Continuously optimize project processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
*THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM*
*Minimum Required Experiences *
* 4 years related experience working in a marketing, advertising or in-house agency environment and capacity.
* 4 years related experience developing and managing end-to-end market facing marketing campaigns.
* Proficiency with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools to manage tasks, timelines, and approvals.
* Solid understanding of the anatomy of marketing and communications campaigns, and the mechanics of paid and social media, events, web, on both earned media and owned channels.
* Solid project management skills with expertise in the creative development process and creative project specs across various mediums including print, digital, social and video.
* Demonstrated operational excellence - ability to continuously seek opportunities to optimize project processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
* Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyze the inputs, outputs, and process.
* Comfortable with tight deadlines with the ability to manage client expectations and create processes for efficient project management.
* Attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven track record of leading project communications with senior managers.
* Demonstrated success in thinking through client challenges and providing creative solutions.
*Desired Experiences *
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* PMP certification preferred.
* Agency Account Management, Creative and/or Marketing Strategy experience a plus.
* Knowledgeable on Adobe Creative Suite.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office suite with the ability to develop executive level presentations as needed in PowerPoint.

Nous aidons les entrepreneurs se dbarrasser des tches chronophages lies la comptabilit et la finance, tout en leur donnant accs des informations financires cls pour les aider prendre les meilleures dcisions pour leur entreprise. Paralllement, nous aidons les cabinets d'expertise-comptable, en leur permettant de passer moins de temps sur des tches redondantes et rptitives, et plus de temps sur la partie conseil et accompagnement de leurs clients.
Pennylane est une des fintech la plus forte croissance en France (et bientt en Europe !). En 4 ans et demi d'existence, nous avons russi :
- Nous positionner sur le march comme un diteur de solution de comptabilit et de gestion financire innovant
- Lever un total de 225 millions d'euros, auprs d'investisseurs de renom, dont Sequoa, le fonds phare de la Silicon Valley, connu pour avoir soutenu Google, Facebook, Airbnb, Paypal et bien d'autres leur dbut
- Passer de 7 cofondateurs une quipe de 800 collaborateurs, avec une note moyenne de 4,6/5 sur Glassdoor et un e-NPS de 94
- Construire une quipe internationale compose de collaborateurs issus de 30 pays diffrents, avec une culture du tltravail trs flexible
- Gagner la confiance de milliers de clients et de cabinets comptables et obtenir des notations exceptionnelles. Aujourd'hui ce sont plus de 500 000 dirigeants de startups, TPE/PME/ETI ainsi que plus de 5000 cabinets d'expertise-comptable que Pennylane accompagne tous les jours en les aidant mieux piloter leur activit.
Aujourd'hui, c'est plus de 5000 cabinets d'expertise comptable qui ont dcid de migrer (au moins) une partie de leur portefeuille clients sur Pennylane (et plus de 50 nouveaux cabinets tous les mois). Changer de logiciel de comptabilit pour un cabinet n'est pas une mince affaire : les cabinets nous confient leur cur de mtier. Cela implique que nous puissions migrer des donnes financires et comptables hautement sensibles, paramtrer Pennylane de sorte ce que l'outil puisse rpondre aux besoins d'interoprabilit spcifiques d'un cabinet.
En tant que Team Lead PSA chez Pennylane, voici tes missions :
- Gestion de l'quipe PSA :
- Superviser et encadrer une quipe de Partner Solutions Architects, responsables de l'implmentation technique de la solution Pennylane au sein des cabinets d'expertise comptable qui ont dcid de migrer sur notre outil.
- S'assurer que chaque PSA dispose des ressources ncessaires pour atteindre ses objectifs individuels et contribuer aux objectifs globaux de l'quipe.
- Dvelopper et communiquer une vision et une stratgie claire
- Participer activement la mise en place et au suivi du budget de l'quipe, pilot par la Head Of PSE
- Gestion du changement : dans un environnement en constante volution, dvelopper des stratgies pour aider l'quipe s'adapter aux nouvelles attentes, outils et mthodes de travail
- Engagement et culture d'quipe : Promouvoir une culture d'quipe positive, oriente sur les objectifs et valeurs Pennylane et inclusive
- Influencer la motivation et la satisfaction des membres de l'quipe : reconnatre les succs et communiquer sur les avances pour assurer l'engagement et la cohsion au sein de l'quipe.
- Coordination avec les autres quipes :
- Faciliter la communication et la coordination entre les quipes PSA et PSS pour garantir la satisfaction client sur les activits de migration
- Collaborer troitement avec l'ensemble des parties prenantes en interne, pour assurer une collaboration fluide et efficace sur les projets : Chefs de projet, Commerciaux, quipes produit & dveloppement
- Dveloppement de processus et outils :
- Contribuer la mise en place et l'optimisation des processus et outils pour la gestion quotidienne des projets.
- Aider la dfinition et la mise en uvre des KPI pour mesurer l'efficacit des projets et l'engagement des clients.
- Gestion des relations clients :
- Maintenir des relations solides avec les clients pour garantir une exprience positive et maximiser la valeur ajoute des solutions dployes.
- tre le point de contact principal pour les escalades clients et assurer une rsolution rapide des problmes.
- Formation et dveloppement :
- Fournir une formation continue aux PSA pour renforcer leurs comptences en gestion de projet et en accompagnement mtier.
- Encourager le dveloppement professionnel au sein de l'quipe.
- Reporting et analyse :
- Mettre en place des mcanismes de reporting pour suivre les performances individuelles et collectives de l'quipe.
- Utiliser les donnes pour prendre des dcisions informes et ajuster les stratgies en fonction des besoins.
Ce que l'on recherche ?
Formation et exprience :
- Bac+5 (cole d'ingnieur, cole de commerce) ou quivalent par exprience, idalement complte par des certifications en gestion de projet.
- Des comptences techniques (SQL, Python, automatisation) et une apptence pour la relation client sont attendues.
- Exprience avre en gestion d'quipe, capable de superviser, former, et motiver une quipe pour atteindre des objectifs communs
- Exprience de mise en place de process, amlioration continue, structuration d'quipe, idalement dans un environnement de croissance rapide type start-up/scale-up

Product Integrity supports accident investigations and product liability claims in the rare instances when product safety has not met customer, Honeywell, or regulatory standards and requirements. Product Integrity drives timely corrective action to ensure the safety of Honeywell Sensing Solutions products.
Reports directly to IA Quality Leader
Significant interaction and collaboration required with the IA Cross-functional teams, i.e. HSE COEs, Quality, Sourcing, Procurement, and the Product Stewardship and Regulatory Compliance teams.
Almost daily interaction with the key functions of Design Engineering, Product Management, Sourcing Quality and Data Management Support
Based in any of the sites or design centers - position requires cross - functional interaction on a global level within a large span of time zones.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **Lead and facilitate** product safety investigations
+ Provide **technical support** for accident investigations conducted by NTSB, and other domestic and foreign investigative and airworthiness authorities, across the entire portfolio of HSS products
+ **Respond to accident sites:** Investigators are part of rapid response teams, like the NTSB Go Team ( , and may travel to remote or hazardous locations to start their investigation.
+ **Gather evidence:** This includes collecting physical debris, photographing the scene, taking measurements, and recovering data from flight recorders and instruments.
+ **Analyze evidence:** Investigators use high-powered microscopes and computers to examine wreckage, digital data, and maintenance records, looking for clues about what went wrong by using various tools to identify root causes, 8D, why tree, etc.
+ **Interview witnesses and collect data:** They interview witnesses, gather documentary evidence, and interrogate relevant personnel to build a complete picture of the accident circumstances.
+ **Formulate safety recommendations:** Based on their findings, investigators create Corrective actions (RCCA) and document in reports with safety recommendations for regulators and industry to improve aviation safety.
+ **Communicate findings:** They must be able to prepare detailed written reports and effectively communicate their findings to various audiences, sometimes acting as expert witnesses.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
+ At least 5 years of relevant experience in the domain / area of Aerospace industry
+ Detailed understanding and experience in managing compliance with governmental agencies (NTSB/FAA/etc.)
+ Familiar and working experience with AS9100D
+ Travel 25% as needed domestic or international.

Under the direction of the Director of PPMO, the Project Manager Information Technology Lead works with Project management staff to identify priorities, resource availabilities for assignment. Project Manager IT Lead ensures all projects follows PMO processes and methodologies set forth. Project Manager IT Lead responsible to ensure that technical and data flow diagram for all projects are developed, signed off from stakeholders and vendors as applicable. Supports Information System related business planning requirements including, but not limited to, budgeting, scheduling, and workload planning. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The Project Manager IT Lead will gather and evaluate information concerning a user's conceptual needs, estimate and schedule project activities and associated costs, coordinate and participate in analysis/design/coding activities, ensure that system changes are fully tested, ensure users are fully trained and prepared, associated guideline and procedure requirements are met, and coordinate implementation of the changes.

- Must develop concrete project plan before moving project to implementation. Lead and track the project progress by the project plan. Not acceptable to manage projects without project plan.
- Responsible for identifying dependencies, risks ahead of time, work with respective stakeholders to create mitigation plan and actively monitor and report the progress.
- Adhere to PPMO department policies, procedures, and documentation requirements. All projects and documentations are subject to internal/external audits, must need to maintain meticulous documentation.
- Responsible for facilitating planning & design sessions to iron out clear in-scope, out of scope and designs of the projects.
- Training: Works with IS Training and Vendors on the following:
- Planning for and ensuring preparation and maintenance of documentation pertaining to programming, systems operation and user documentation.
- Translating business specifications into user documentation.
- Planning, writing, and overseeing user support documentation efforts, including online help screens.
- Insuring training of users in the operation and functionality of computer applications and the related business processes.
- Validating competency of users in utilization of information systems prior to systems go-live or major changes.
- Ensuring super-users or other support personnel are in place at go-live, and succession planning is documented to ensure ongoing competency support in facilities and departments affected by new systems being implemented or upgraded.
Job Requirements:
Education/Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field or relevant experience in an Information Systems environment required.
Experience
- Working experience in large multi-hospital system is preferred
- Clinical project implementation and management is required, Epic or Meditech specific experience is preferred.
- Previous experience managing projects of small to medium scope and complexity.
- Must have six years to eight years of previous experience working on information technology project teams and in obtaining customer requirements and other analysis activities.
- Clinical education background is a preferred

- PMI Certification strongly preferred.
