Position Overview:
- The Software Development Manager will lead our team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Power Platform, and other technologies.

- Collaborate with development staff to design and implement workflows, using tools such as Workflow and Flow.
- Configure and manage outbound REST API and OAuth configurations.
- Manage ACLs, roles, and group configurations, ensuring best practices and security guidelines are followed.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers with limited experience in Power Apps, providing guidance and training to help them develop their skills.
- Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to help the team learn Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.
- Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portals.
