Position Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Strong understanding of basic machine operations and manufacturing processes.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including standard blueprint symbols.
+ Proficient in the use of basic inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gages, height gages, depth gages, etc.).
+ Solid math skills and basic understanding of industrial engineering principles (e.g., man/machine cycle time studies).
+ Knowledge of lean manufacturing, cellular manufacturing, and basic maintenance practices.
+ Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of machining practices, tools, and fixtures.
+ Computer literate; Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel) is preferred.
