We are seeking a Technical Lead to drive the delivery of this vision. Duties and Responsibilities

+ **SR1 RECONSTRUCTION** (Chester County, PA) - Freeway reconstruction including profile adjustments, interchange reconstruction, interchange ramp realignments, multiple roundabout designs, trail designs, and side road alignment adjustments.
+ **I-81 RECONSTRUCTION** (Avoca, Moosic, and Scranton, PA) - Urban Interstate reconstruction including mainline widening, 2 interchanges being fully reconstructed including ramp realignments, intersection improvements, right-of- way coordination, and structure coordination for 15 bridges along mainline and ramps.
**Qualifications**
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering plus eight (8) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, with highway transportation projects
+ Professional Engineering License (PE) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
+ Design experience working on projects for PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, SEPTA, and/or City of Philadelphia
+ Valid US Driver's License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices

+ Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, including product manager, customer success, developers, JDE team, devops and QA. + Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of testing initiatives, including IT Change Requests, UAT, and automated testing frameworks. Champion quality assurance best practices and ensure robust validation of platform functionality prior to release.
+ Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges across the platform. Lead root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions that enhance platform stability, performance, and security.
+ Oversee the integration of the platform with internal systems and data pipelines, ensuring seamless interoperability, data integrity, and secure data exchange across the enterprise ecosystem.
+ Monitor emerging technologies, security threats, and digital trends, providing strategic recommendations to enhance platform capabilities, user experience, and operational resilience.

The **Salesforce Application Architect / Technical Lead** will provide hands-on development leadership to technical implementations of strategic multi-million-dollar initiatives in Provider Engagement team. **Responsibilities:**
- Lead the design, development and implementation of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Community Cloud, etc.) applications integrating with on-prem and external vendor solutions
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning Components, Apex Language, SOQL, and Visual Force Pages
- Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce using various integration concepts - Auth token types and token management, certificates and cert store, Service Interface design concepts, REST Service development and integration
- Address the day-to-day Information Solution operations for the CRM platform including: Change/Release management activities including DevOps (CI/CD) and Operational Readiness functions, use tools such as Jenkins, Salesforce DX and SonarQube, administration of all non-production environments inclusive of platform & user provisioning and data refreshing, 24X7 Support activities for Production environments including administration, production incident resolution, monitoring and managing Capacity, Performance and Backups including planning/forecasting these needs, and support security requirements including any kind of required security certification.
- Work collaboratively with architecture team to ensure alignment of the solution with enterprise architecture direction
- Working with Application and Data Architecture teams, design and implement API first driven integrated solutions
- Develop in agile development methodology including user stories, continuous integration and test-driven development

**Education/Experience:**
- Five (5) to eight (8) years' experience in implementing Salesforce application and CRM solutions in Healthcare industry in customer facing area with clear understanding of the Salesforce platform capabilities, limits and latest technical offerings. Having a clear understanding of security, scalability, maintainability of solution design and development needs.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as Salesforce Development Lead, leading technical development teams in implementing full end-to-end Salesforce solutions integrated with on-prem solutions.
