Job Description:
As an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Application Architect you will work closely with our clients on critical digital transformation programs which drive the customer experience, optimize costs, create efficiencies and deliver business outcomes. You will be responsible for the leadership, planning and management of assigned AEM related client engagements and participate in all aspects of the lifecycle which includes estimating, requirements gathering, solution and technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients.
This is a hands-on delivery role. As a solution lead you will work in support of a client product owner, on large scale implementations. Accountable to a program leadership team you will be responsible for the successful delivery of AEM implementations as well as business enablement and migration work packages relating to content supply chain technology. This role requires a high-level of flexibility, but day to day responsibilities will typically include
+ Organizing and facilitating discovery and requirement capture workshops
+ Lead the design, architecture, development, testing and deployment of Adobe Experience Management (AEM) Sites and Assets solutions.
+ Working with the project manager to define project deliver approach
+ You will work closely with clients, product owners, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to build state-of-the-art content supply chain solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud products.
+ Be the point person for implementation strategies based on business needs, long-term strategy, and creative design.
+ Champion engineering rigor throughout all AEM projects by promoting concepts such as Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration and detailed documentation.
+ Provide technical guidance to AEM developers and practitioners around best practices in AEM development and configuration - both back-end and front-end execution.
+ Be hands-on with the code and configuration when needed
+ Provide architectural guidance/input around environment configuration, caching, CDN usage, security, etc.
+ Manage project teams of 10 or more people in both onsite and remote, global locations
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's What You Need:
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Architecting and delivering full-lifecycle software projects; and
+ Hands on experience conceptualizing, design, building and deploying Adobe content supply chain solutions with Adobe AEM (Sites and Assets), Target and Analytics applications.
+ Experience with Workfront, Firefly, AEP or Campaign products a plus.
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Delivering Enterprise DAM focused AEM Assets projects
+ Delivering projects, including leading group workshops and application design sessions.
+ Working with remote delivery teams.
+ Coordinating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, develop technical designs, and review deliverables.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years of work experience); Associate degree with 6 years of experience also acceptable.

**Responsibilities**

+ Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous **_paid_** formal training.
