We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Project Lead to join Coinbase's Office of the CPO (Chief People Officer) to support the execution of strategic key priorities across the People Success Team (PST). In this role, you will be partnering with various Center of Excellences (COEs) to drive HR initiatives and programs to support long term business objectives, ensuring effective execution, clear stakeholder communication and orchestrated coordination.
