Essential Functions:

Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the patient's needs at appropriate time points as assigned. Completes the nursing assessment of assigned patients. Demonstrates ability to discuss and/or teach pertinent aspects of nursing care and patient rights and responsibilities. Identifies and reports problems, abnormal findings, or nursing diagnoses that need follow up.
Implements plan of care in accordance with identified needs. Participates with the patient in clarifying mutually agreed upon goals and incorporates these goals into the plan of care. Provides direct and/or indirect skilled, safe, quality care. Coordinates patient care with other disciplines and integrates input from disciplines. Performs ongoing nursing assessments and changes plans of care as needed.
Accurately completes and legibly documents all pertinent information in accordance with established policies and procedures by documenting patient care delivery, patient status, patient's response to treatment, and therapeutic interventions. Ensures that all documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner. Updates nursing plans and medication profiles when changes occur.
Counsels and educates the patient and family in meeting healthcare/nursing and related needs. Provides learning opportunities for patient and caregiver, including written material as appropriate. Initiates appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
Complies with all applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the code of conduct, HIPAA, and documentation standards. Demonstrates professional conduct, service excellence and commitment to the mission and values of Adventist Health.On call duties will be assigned based on location and agency operational needs. If assigned by agency leadership, incumbent is required to perform on call duties.

● Maintains current records of all maintenance procedures.
● Maintains Preventative and Corrective Maintenance completion rate at or above program targets.
● Assists in the completion of the annual PQE. Assists Director, Facility Management and all other groups to maintain regulatory compliance accreditation readiness.
● Foster and maintain positive working relationships with Director, Facility Management, senior hospital administration, and all other constituents and

● Complete competencies as outlined in management training program.

**Job Requirements**
● Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering, Facility Management, Construction Management, Business Management, Real Estate/Property Management, or other similar. Recent graduate, within the last 12 months.
● Healthcare operational internship preferred.
● Construction internship preferred.
● General understanding of accounting and finance principles.
● Familiarity with blueprint reading, building codes, N.F.P.A., O.S.H.A.
● Experience with The Joint Commission EOC requirements preferred.
● Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, which may include planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too. Requirements: The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurant's goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals. To meet restaurant goals, the General Manager doesn't work alone. He or she leads a team of Department Managers that has specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the Department Managers to set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments. By improving the Departments, the restaurant improves! The General Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future. Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations. Also, HU certified or eligible to obtain certification.
