Key Responsibilities:

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required:
* Minimum of 8+ years of experience in collaboration engineering. With at least 2 years in a lead technical role.
* 5+ years hands-on technical expertise in collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Video Conferencing, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Miro.
* 1+ years of experience in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell)
* Experience with cloud-based collaboration solutions and integration with enterprise systems.
* Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols.
* Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology initiatives.

With your partner, you conduct hearing tests, test sound levels, instruct industrial employees on proper hearing protection and interpret and explain hearing test results. You communicate regularly by email and phone with the main office to receive job instructions and report any issues. You use computer and audiometric technology daily to conduct testing and upload test results to the main office.
