The Teamwork Collections PMM team is dedicated to Landing new audiences to Jira, Confluence, and the collection through audience acquisition, onboarding, and driving user engagement. Teamwork Collection is a suite of connected Atlassian apps and agents including Jira, Confluence, Loom, Rovo, and all the Atlassian Platform apps. As a Principal Product Marketing Manager , you will be a strategic leader at the forefront of Atlassian’s new Teamwork Collection. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute go-to-market strategies aimed at attracting and activating audiences on the Teamwork Collection and across Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo. Your deep understanding of the intricacies of onboarding bundled solutions will enable you to champion early user experiences. You will craft compelling messages, produce engaging content, and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns that support and streamline the user into this collection of apps. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Messaging and Positioning: Develop and refine messaging that clearly communicates the value of Teamwork Collections to new and existing audiences. Ensure that this messaging is consistent across channels and integrated deeply throughout the Atlassian portfolio. Go-to-Market Strategy: Craft and execute go-to-market strategies aimed at acquiring and activating audiences for Teamwork Collection. This includes identifying key market opportunities, defining target segments, and creating tailored marketing initiatives to drive growth among the knowledge worker audience. Onboarding Strategy: Partner with the Product and Growth teams to identify and implement strategies to enhance the onboarding experience for new Teamwork Collections users, ensuring a smooth transition from discovery to active usage. Help design experiments aimed at improving user activation and engagement. Market, Competitive, and User Research: Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities. Conduct user research to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Use these learnings to inform marketing strategies and improve the onboarding experience. Content Development: Drive effective content development that supports both discovery and adoption of Teamwork Collections. This includes everything from SEO content, to product guides, webinars, videos, and more. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, design, and engineering to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and business goals. Customer Advocacy: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and community influencers. Leverage these relationships to create compelling customer stories and testimonials. Qualifications Your background: Experience: 8+ years in product marketing, with a strong focus on collaboration products and audiences. Previous experience with bundled solutions a plus! Communication Skills: Strong storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for new audiences. Content Development: Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and adoption. Market Analysis: Experience with competitive analysis and market research in the project management or collaboration space. Influence: Cross-functional aptitude with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across from Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver on a shared vision and goals Compensation At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. Pitch and place compelling stories with top-tier tech, business, and AI media outlets, leveraging your instincts for what will resonate with journalists. Support product launches, major customer moments, and key brand activations with messaging, media strategy, and rapid response coordination. Qualifications On your first day, we'd love you to have: 6+ years of experience in communications, preferably in B2B tech or enterprise software, with a strong portfolio of product PR and thought leadership work. Strong relationships with business and tech media, especially reporters focused on the future of work, AI, or collaboration. Overview

We are looking for a Principle ML engineer to join the Teamwork Graph team and a group of talented engineers who are responsible for helping build and deploy the knowledge graph of how teams work together. The graph is the foundational data layer Teamwork Graph logically representing all of a customer’s data, with edges/relationships to connect entities across feature and product boundaries. Key Revenue Driving Responsibilities and Success Metrics

The Teamwork Collections PMM team is dedicated to Landing new audiences to Jira, Confluence, and the collection through audience acquisition, onboarding, and driving user engagement. Teamwork Collection is a suite of connected Atlassian apps and agents including Jira, Confluence, Loom, Rovo, and all the Atlassian Platform apps. The collection makes it easy for organizations to work more effectively together.

As a Principal Product Marketing Manager , you will be a strategic leader at the forefront of Atlassian’s new Teamwork Collection. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute go-to-market strategies aimed at attracting and activating audiences on the Teamwork Collection and across Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rovo. Your deep understanding of the intricacies of onboarding bundled solutions will enable you to champion early user experiences. You will craft compelling messages, produce engaging content, and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns that support and streamline the user into this collection of apps.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Messaging and Positioning: Develop and refine messaging that clearly communicates the value of Teamwork Collections to new and existing audiences. Ensure that this messaging is consistent across channels and integrated deeply throughout the Atlassian portfolio.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Craft and execute go-to-market strategies aimed at acquiring and activating audiences for Teamwork Collection. This includes identifying key market opportunities, defining target segments, and creating tailored marketing initiatives to drive growth among the knowledge worker audience.
  • Onboarding Strategy: Partner with the Product and Growth teams to identify and implement strategies to enhance the onboarding experience for new Teamwork Collections users, ensuring a smooth transition from discovery to active usage. Help design experiments aimed at improving user activation and engagement.
  • Market, Competitive, and User Research: Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities. Conduct user research to gain insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Use these learnings to inform marketing strategies and improve the onboarding experience.
  • Content Development: Drive effective content development that supports both discovery and adoption of Teamwork Collections. This includes everything from SEO content, to product guides, webinars, videos, and more.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, design, and engineering to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and business goals.
  • Customer Advocacy: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and community influencers. Leverage these relationships to create compelling customer stories and testimonials.


Qualifications

Your background:

  • Experience: 8+ years in product marketing, with a strong focus on collaboration products and audiences. Previous experience with bundled solutions a plus!
  • Communication Skills: Strong storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for new audiences.
  • Content Development: Proven track record of creating content that drives engagement and adoption.
  • Market Analysis: Experience with competitive analysis and market research in the project management or collaboration space.
  • Influence: Cross-functional aptitude with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across from Sales, Marketing, and Product to deliver on a shared vision and goals

Reporting to the Head of Product - Teamwork Solutions, you will be responsible for driving experience innovation and impact across TWC apps and agents, maximizing customer value, and building things never built before.

This is a hands-on position; we are looking for someone who is autonomous, strong at execution, can break down a grand vision into meaningful first steps, and lead or influence teams to get it over the line. As one of the most senior independent contributors in the team, you'll frequently need to take Atlassian's senior leadership team with you on the journey, explain and defend the direction and roadmap.

In this role, you will:

Work on horizontal problem statements that cut across all TWC apps and agents

Partner with Atlassian-wide stakeholders in setting cross-team priorities across our organization that enable us to deliver solution roadmaps alongside product & platform roadmaps

Build solutions and solve complex customer problems that create real business and customer value and require you to influence and align across organizational boundaries

Demonstrate your understanding of our business goals and metrics, and clearly link product solutions and roadmaps to business outcomes.

Set the bar for product craft across the TWC organization, including being a rolling resource and sounding board for individual product teams as they craft and iterate on their strategies and drive the development of best-in-class product management.

Circa 10+ years of tech industry experience including significant tenure in leading product strategy and divisional or market direction for Enterprise/B2B software products.

Domain expertise in collaborative work management software, AI or adjacent markets is highly advantageous but not essential - B2B / Enterprise product domains are still a very useful pathway for this role

Thought leader in product craft. Bring creative solutions to challenging problems

Have exceptional relationship-building and communication skills at all levels, from C-levels down, across geographies, both inside and outside of Atlassian

Openness to a transparent communication culture that values contributions and feedback from other individuals and teams

Good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking. Comfortable defining and tracking key business and usage success metrics

At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

Zone A: $220,800 - $94,400

Zone B: 198,700 - 264,900

Zone C: 183,200 - 244,300

This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
