Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly accomplished and motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote team. This role is critical in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for some of the most innovative tech companies globally. You will leverage your extensive experience in technical recruitment to identify, engage, and close candidates across a wide range of technology disciplines, including software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the tech landscape, and a passion for building high-performing teams. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and contribute to the strategic growth of our client's recruitment services. This is a performance-driven role with significant earning potential, offering the flexibility and autonomy of a fully remote position.

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively sourcing passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and industry events.
- Conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and technical assessments.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent.
- Developing compelling job descriptions and outreach messaging.
- Negotiating compensation and benefits packages with candidates.
- Providing a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles.
- In-depth knowledge of various technology stacks and engineering disciplines.
- Expertise in using recruitment tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and results-oriented environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., AIRS, CIR) is a plus.
