Overview:Performs radiographic procedures in accordance with established professional and departmental standards and procedures.
Responsibilities:Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Radiologic principles and theory, anatomy and pathology processes utilizing the most appropriate technique and/or positioning for optimal examinations, as demonstrated by exam results. Adheres to department policies and protocols ensuring all examinations are optimized for interpretation, as demonstrated by exam results. Demonstrates the ability and skills to assist in teaching radiography students sound radiography principles as required by Organization. Communicates effectively with patient to obtain clinical history informed consent from patient or patient's chart to assist the physician in optimizing the performance and interpretation of the examination, as evidenced by the exam results. Explain procedure to patients/families and answers any questions to ease anxiety and assure patient cooperation, as evidenced by the exam results. Demonstrates the ability to recognize clinical and/or emergent problems that may interfere with exams and take appropriate action to resolve them and produce the most desirable outcome, as evidenced by exam results and patient satisfaction. Correctly identifies patients and their files ensuring a high degree of accuracy, as evidenced by the lack of mislabeled films and files. Tracks patients according to department procedures. Identifies errors ad take immediate action for corrections, as evidenced by the Radiology Information System reports. Maintains exposure reading within the As Low As Reasonably Achievable limits, as evidenced by monthly radiation exposure reports. Demonstrates the effective use of radiation protection procedures with collimation devices and protective shielding Demonstrates patient safety in department by use of side rails, braking mechanisms and patient monitoring, as demonstrated by risk management reports. Reports, documents and corrects any adverse, unsafe or unusual condition. Maintains an orderly, safe and clean environment. Ensures rooms are stocked with appropriate supplies and has required supplies readily available for procedures. Removes supplies nearing expiration from patient care areas. Operates imaging and other related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications, as evidenced by exam results. Demonstrates the initiative to stay abreast of technological changes and updates, as evidenced by submittal of documentation of attendance at seminars and in-services. Participates in department/hospital performance improvement initiatives, in-services and meetings, as evidenced by attendance records.
Qualifications:Recent hospital experience preferred as a Radiologist Technologist. Basic computer skills. Capability to perform on-call, shift, holiday, and weekends when required. Basic computer skills.

The Field Technician role is an integral part of our team. We are looking for a competent Field Technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. Field Technicians answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. A Field Technician must have excellent technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers. The goal is to create value for clients that will help preserve the company's reputation and business.
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Level 1-2 support with tickets and field issues
+ Route/Escalate Help Desk tickets to appropriate team members using service desk software to record, track and document the service desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to the final resolution
+ Troubleshoot IT issues (remotely or in-person) using remote support software and onsite from desktops, printers, peripherals, and network/Wi-Fi
+ Ensuring continuous uptime for computers, and peripherals
+ Working with vendors to service basic medical equipment
+ Working with vendors to manage network infrastructure
+ Assisting with new hire orientations
+ Deploying hardware for new employees
+ Required to visit clinics on a regular basis
+ A reliable car is required
+ Travel is required 50%-75% of the time focusing on the Birmingham area with secondary support to the Huntsville, Montgomery, Tuscaloosa and Mobile areas

**What are we looking for?**
**We're looking for motivated professionals with:**
+ 2+ years of service desk experience is required
+ 2+ years of network experience is recommended
+ A High School Diploma is required
+ An Associate's degree in computer science or a related field is recommended
+ A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is recommended
+ Recommended certifications: CompTIA A+ certification, ITIL 4 foundations, or HDI Desktop Advanced Support Technician (HDI-DAST)
+ General knowledge of multiple operating systems (Microsoft, Chrome, Mac)

+ Able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally, with key stakeholders, leadership, partners, team members, other organizations, and customers

The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $31.72
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
