**Job Description**
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Software Director to lead critical infrastructure initiatives in Networking organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design, delivery, and operational excellence of essential infrastructure components. You will lead a high-caliber team, ensuring the achievement of key objectives through exemplary leadership, talent development, and resource optimization. This position demands a seasoned professional who embodies OCI values and can navigate complex challenges to deliver exceptional outcomes.
As the Director in OCI, you will provide leadership to a dedicated team tasked with overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects within OCI. Your role will involve ensuring that the team's objectives are consistently aligned with the broader organizational goals, maintaining a strategic focus on long-term infrastructure stability and scalability. **Qualifications:**
+ A BS or MS degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
+ A minimum of 10 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale critical service.
+ Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, resource management, and performance optimization within a technology-driven environment.
+ Exceptional decision-making abilities, with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
+ Strong background in recruiting, developing, and leading senior individual contributors (ICs) and building high-performing teams.

+ Experience in Networking and Data Center Operations

**Responsibilities**
As a Director of software engineering organization, you will apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture.
