Plan, organize, direct, and control the technical library services providing research, storage, and distribution of technical information needs at Northrop Grumman Marine Systems-Electronic Systems.

Direct effort of others to provide basic reference services for library patrons using a wide variety of resources. Assist project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and Northrop Grumman Marine Systems-Electronic Systems (NGMS-ES) technical staff goals and objectives.
Determine types of technical literature searches and sources of information to satisfy the scientific information needs of researchers and technical staff within NGMS-ES.
Archive, maintain and log legacy technical reports, documentation, and Military Specifications and Standards
4. Monitor library expenditures. Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules.,. Reconcile invoice payments and replenish deposit accounts.
5. Administrator purchase order requests. Monitor MRP requisition generation efforts
6. Maintain and improve information retrieval capabilities. Update library tools to enter data and formula information needed to support solution of engineering technical data problems. Direct efforts in selection of literature for inclusion in library's collections. Periodically consult with researchers and other information users to ensure maximum usefulness of library services.
7. Maintain classified cabinets of confidential reports according to Security Procedures.
8. Maintain extensive knowledge of literature resources and continuous contacts with local, national, and international information centers and agencies.
9. Perform work of equal or lower code level as required.

**Job Qualifications:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
+ Minimum of 5 years related experience in librarian/administration role.
+ Minimum of 5 years related experience in customer-facing roles involving direct communication with customers and internal support teams.
+ Experience in MS Word and MS Excel creating/formatting documentation.
+ Experience with Adobe Acrobat, creating and modifying forms.

Basic Duties
  • Coordinate and manage Altorfer's data center warranty claims process to help ensure we deliver world class service to our external and internal customers while minimizing warranty related expenses.
  • Ensure Caterpillar, Altorfer, packager, and various vendor warranty requirements and procedures are followed.
  • Ensure accurate claim documentation and timely submission.
  • Interpret technical repair data and validate eligibility under warranty.
  • Coordinate with service personnel to gather necessary claim information.
  • Monitor claim status, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile credits.
  • Maintain Altorfer's warranty procedure documentation to ensure data center technicians, project managers, and service supervisors can effectively support the warranty process.
  • Monitor Altorfer's data center warehouse areas to ensure warranty return parts are properly dispositioned.

Qualifications
  • Associates degree preferred. Preferred areas of study include automotive/diesel technology, digital, data analytics, business administration, electronics, engineering, computer technology, etc., with a minimum of 3-5 years of applicable work experience desired.
  • This position requires a level of technical understanding of engine/generator components, engine/generator systems functionality, and basic failure analysis.
  • Computer literate and proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power BI, Outlook, and other data systems required.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills working across multiple systems, management levels, and functions.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses. Located in Highland, NY, this position will perform receptionist/switchboard duties, in addition to other administrative tasks in support of the Day Academy program. This position will maintain front desk duties, including answering the phone, announcing visitors, taking and receiving messages/deliveries, and giving information about the program to callers. They will perform secretarial/administrative work that may be confidential in nature, including, but not limited to: creating systems to track staff/student applicants or referrals; maintain directories; scan/fax materials to parents/districts/other; maintain electronic records; etc. The Receptionist/Administrative Support will assist the Program Director in scheduling interviews, screenings, parent observations, as well as assist in monitoring vendors or deliveries for school events. They will also assist as needed in monitoring the use of supplies and maintain a log for current inventory.
**Salary:** (commensurate with education and experience)
With HS Diploma/GED - $18.00 - $9.26 per hour
With BA/BS - 19.00 - 20.33 per hour
With MA/MS or higher - 20.00 - 21.40 per hour

**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION:** HS Diploma required/GED.
**EXPERIENCE:** One year office experience in similar setting performing similar duties required.
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** Significant, prolonged, and frequent amounts of walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending and lifting 10 lbs or more is required. Must be able to operate and maintain office equipment. Free of dependency and abuse of illegal or illicit drugs, alcohol, inhalants or other chemical or controlled substances. Have a valid NY driver's license.
