Responsibilities

• Collaborates with business stakeholders to define data requirements and translates business questions into analytical queries

• Develops new processes with the goals of increasing productivity, reducing risk of system failure, promoting efficiency in workflow, and meeting or exceeding key operational performance targets

• Updates and revises technical manuals based on policies and procedures, manufacturer information, industry standards and best practices

• Provides input into the definition and documentation of the technical delivery policy, process, standards and documentation templates, collaborating with the product development team on product design and upgrades

• Supports substation in creating goals for bill of material processing, setting monthly targets with support from transmission and distribution

• Delivers independent execution of established and emerging work processes and systems

• Communicates status of projects and studies, assists with planning and scheduling, and ensures alignment of communications initiatives to meet business unit goals and overall strategy, including consistency in tone, message, and approach

• Conducts data analysis to develop insights and identify trends from large datasets regarding substation package intake and processing

Minimum Qualifications

• Seven or more year experience providing technical support.

• Experience defining data requirements and building analytical queries.

• Posses a valid Class C Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or other relevant discipline. MBA preferred.

• Certification in continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Yellow Belt, etc.)

The technical advisor will provide technical expertise on distribution system design and operation for New Business Projects.

Responsibilities

Assess existing distribution systems and recommend improvements on the design to increase reliability, efficiency, and performance.

REQUIREMENTS

The Technical Advisor is a high-level expert who has responsibility for coordinating consulting projects, technical support for global customers, representing the company in industry interactions, and training / mentoring of other employees. They will work closely with customers, the Sales Department and the processing facilities to optimize the review of products for sterilization, advancement of sterilization technologies and ongoing technical support for existing products within our facilities.

Reporting Structure:

The Technical Advisor reports directly to the EO Sterilization Manager.

Major Responsibilities:

The major areas of responsibility include the following:

• Provide technical support to customers, facilities, operations, sales and laboratory.
• Provide comprehensive consulting to customers in areas of expertise related to sterile processing and testing of products during the product's entire life cycle.
• Ensure proper validation of the products being processed.
• Mentor Validation and Scientific personnel both formally and informally, to help them provide consistent project management, customer service and reports to customers.
• Actively build professional network and participate in industry interactions, including standards committees and industry technical committees. Provide leadership in areas of expertise.
• Help ensure compliance with all relevant regulations relating to sterilization.
• Coordinate, review, report, and present technical data internally, to customers, trade associations and regulators.
• Provide technical support in customer and regulatory audits.
• Perform internal and external training in sterile processing.
• Support R&D and New Technologies in sterilization projects.

Knowledge:

• Thorough knowledge and minimum six years' experience in sterilization processing and with applicable regulatory standards.
• Strong influencing, leadership and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication skills on all levels, including ability to communicate complex technical data to non-technical staff.
• Any additional relevant scientific experience.

Educational Requirements and Experience:

• University Degree in Science field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or other related technical discipline.
• 6 years minimum experience in sterilization processing and sterility assurance of medical/pharma products.

Salary Range: 87,500 to 142,000 per year; depending on experience.

You have the following education and/or experience:

• Related university degree and four-plus years' experience OR eight-plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.

• Shown verbal and written communications skills.

• Demonstrated ability to self-manage, set priorities, and establish goals - as well as work effectively with others in a team environment.

• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer applications such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, SAP, and Mechanical specific programs.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical resource for dentists and internal teams , ensuring cases meet the highest standards in quality, function, and esthetics.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical case planning, review, and consultation across assigned specialties (C&B, Full Arch, or Removables)

• Highly organized with attention to detail, follow-through, and case tracking
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset and ability to manage complex cases
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
