Duties:
· Coordinates the activities of technical and/or non-technical functions of the department on assigned shifts under the supervision of the department supervisor, manager, or director. Functional areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to technical discipline areas in which department is licensed, specimen collection, specimen processing and specimen referral testing.

+ Tracks shipments, monitors inventory and tracks usages of products
+ Daily quality monitoring, data analysis, and makes process adjustments/recommendations
+ Generates technical reports for quality, service, maintenance and other functions as needed
+ Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers
