Description We are looking for a skilled Technical Engineer to join our team in York, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, verifying, and coordinating technical projects to meet industry standards and client requirements. Responsibilities:
- Create and approve conceptual designs, detailed assembly drawings, and general arrangement layouts using 2D and 3D modeling software.
- Verify design and detail drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor project schedules, coordinate activities, and address manufacturing challenges to maintain timelines.
- Lead design reviews and drive innovation in engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery.
- Apply knowledge of sheet metal fabrication principles to support design and production processes.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise to support team goals and objectives. Requirements - Minimum of 7 years of experience in machine design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication principles.
- Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Description We are looking for a skilled Technical Engineer to specialize in the configuration, optimization, and support of the Coupa platform. This role focuses on supplier enablement and integrations, requiring expertise in cXML protocols and procurement workflows. This is a long-term contract position based in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Coupa modules such as Purchasing, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Supplier Management.
- Manage system settings, user roles, approval workflows, and custom fields to ensure platform efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements tailored to business needs.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide ongoing support.
- Lead supplier onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration into the Coupa platform.
- Design, implement, and support cXML-based integrations for purchase orders, invoices, and catalogs.
- Coordinate testing and validation of cXML transactions between suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation for integration specifications and onboarding procedures.
- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to align system capabilities with organizational goals.
- Provide training and support to end-users and suppliers, while staying up-to-date with Coupa updates and industry best practices. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role supporting Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
- Proficiency in cXML protocols and supplier integration processes.
- Strong knowledge of system configuration, workflow design, and data management within Coupa.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to complex and transformative work environments.
- Preferred: Coupa certifications in areas such as platform management or supplier enablement.
