What Your Day Could Consist Of:
  • Review architectural projects from concept through construction documentation and site construction.
  • Research code and accessibility requirements.
  • Coordinate Project Delivery Schedule with the Quality Management Team schedule.
  • Review project documentation for compliance with the standards set forth by Populous policy.
  • Contribute at a leadership level; professional development, coaching, code and accessibility resource, and mentoring staff in their area of expertise.
  • Consistently review work and communicate needs and concerns to project staff.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as required for a Quality Assurance and Quality Control role.
Requirements For Success:

  • Familiarity with Newforma preferred.
  • Communicates professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly self-motivated personality.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited program.
  • Familiar with Contract Construction Administration (CCA) processes.
  • 8+ years of experience in architectural design and construction industry.
  • Project design experience -experience with large scale projects or sports stadium, arenas, convention centers, hospitality, and aviation are a strong plus.
  • Registered Architect with a current license.
  • NCARB registration preferred.
  • LEED, CSI certification or ICC certification is not required, but a plus.

+ Manage relationships with relevant cross-functional leaders including participating in Daily Management meetings and effectively communicating issues, risks, and needs to the Leadership team.
+ Plan, prioritize, and coordinate workflow and cross-site/function interactions to ensure on time delivery of product and projects and compliance with quality systems and standards, using advanced knowledge of Danaher Business System (DBS) tools.
+ Ensure site audit readiness at all times through monitoring and learning from past audits, training and preparation of staff and mitigation of risks.
+ Support team in formulating and testing effective data-based strategy for winning against the competition or exceeding expectations as a team.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced degree in engineering, science, medical, or technical field and 5+ years' experience with increasing responsibility in medical device/IVD
+ Experience working within a medical device quality system in compliance with US FDA, ISO 13485 and EU MDR/IVDR regulations
+ Proven experience in developing and implementing mining tools to monitor product complaint trends including defined control and/or action limits to detect emerging field issues
+ Track record of collaborating with technical groups to identify product improvement opportunities
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Travel requirements <5% of the time, domestic and international
+ Overnight travel may be required
+ Be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
+ Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
+ This position will occasionally require travel by car and flying in and out of airports with possible long wait times
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Knowledge of lean tools such as 5S, Standard Work, KANBAN, Policy Deployment, Value Stream Management, Visual Management, SAP etc.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of Quality Management Systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and understanding of manufacturing processes with high mix low volume and high mix high volume environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, communicate, and implement a strategy to ensure compliance to company, regulatory and industry requirements.
+ Experience and/or knowledge of NCRs
The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Title : Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Radnor, PA or Winston Salem, NC (fully on-site)

This is an individual contributor position which works under regular supervision and is responsible for completing Quality Assurance Reviews.

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

  • Complete quality assurance files reviews for certified loans underwritten under Delegated or Non-Delegated authority. This entails completing a re-underwrite of the loan file for acceptable risk based on published guidelines/credit policy, and a review of completed re-verifications.
  • Complete re-verifications of occupancy, employment/income, and funds for loan closing as required and make referrals to the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) as appropriate.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Agency, USPAP and Essent guidelines/eligibility requirements.
  • Complete second level reviews on loans cited with any level of defect by the third-party vendor.
  • Participate in system testing and enhancement requirements as part of a coordinated corporate effort.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED; bachelor’s in business administration or related field is .
  • Mortgage insurance experience is .
  • Seven (7) years or more of experience in the mortgage banking industry with specific mortgage insurance industry experience desired
  • Practical experience in Conventional mortgage underwriting and/or quality assurance required.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of all Agency underwriting guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Strong appraisal review skills and knowledge of USPAP requirements.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Excellent organizational, technical and customer service skills.
  • Ability to present difficult responses/findings in a consultative manner while preserving client relationships.
