Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing and delivering technical training for Electric Meter Technicians and Lab Technicians including classroom and hands-on instruction. Supports AMI project training in EMA and WMA, evaluates tools and equipment, updates procedures, conducts quality audits, and certifies field employees.

**Qualifications:**

+ Requires knowledge of utility revenue metering design, operations, maintenance, and construction principles and practices, safety standards and business processes.

+ Ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g. Microsoft Word & Excel).
