**About the Team:**
We are a globally distributed, award-winning design organization of 60 talented individuals-including product designers, UX writers, technical writers, and UX researchers-spread across the U.S., Israel, and India. As our company and product portfolio rapidly grow, it's essential to scale our user experience and technical documentation strategically.
We are looking for a California-based Senior Technical Writer to deliver high-quality technical product documentation. In this role, you'll create and maintain important technical content that helps our customers succeed and drives business impact. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners across the company to deliver high-quality, high-impact technical content within the product experience and across our documentation platform.

You will:
+ Plan, write, and maintain clear, consistent, and user-focused documentation that helps our customers achieve their goals.
+ Interpret complex technology and customer needs to plan and deliver high-quality technical content.
+ Contribute to improving the overall technical content experience as an integral part of the product experience.
+ Build collaborative relationships with Product Management, Engineering, and Design partners to deliver documentation based on user needs. Embed in the development process to plan and deliver proactively.
+ Uphold a high level of quality by following and contributing to documentation guidelines, standards, and templates.
+ Explore and use AI-powered tools and workflows to increase team efficiency and output quality.
+ Balance multiple competing priorities effectively.
+ Modernize legacy documentation to reflect new features, use cases, and usability improvements.
+ Contribute to an inclusive, psychologically safe team culture where all voices are valued and contributions are recognized.
**What You'll Bring to the Team:**
+ 3-8 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in enterprise SaaS products.
+ Strong systems thinking, technical curiosity, and a proven ability to work with empathy, ownership, and accountability.
+ Experience managing multiple, concurrent documentation projects.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
