About the Team:

The Sr. Customer Liaison Spec is responsible for representing internal engineering and business departments while supporting on-site customer product development initiatives, which ensure the seamless and timely integration of ZF products into customer engineering projects, in addition to serving as a technical liaison for all engineering applications during product development at the respective customer site.

  • Manage interface between warranty, production, and engineering to improve product, based on feedback from warranty and customer visits. Recording of all technical, warranty-related information from the field and manage the subsequent inspection of defective units.
  • Supporting warranty claim settlement and claim decision (according to given standards).
  • Determines warranty issues based on technical know-how and/or policy.
  • Responsible for product training at the customer plant level.
  • Performs installation checks on various customer application.
  • Travel as required to support both ZF facilities and Customer locations. Travel is extensive (60-80%), including international assignments.

Job Description

Overview

Full time 40 hours/week | Mon-Fri Flexible hours

Inspection, service, install, repair and construction of electronic and computer systems and devices serviced by the Facilities., modifies and supports complex computer operating systems, such as Netware, NT, Unix, VMS, and all related hardware and communications environments. Responsible for providing telecommunications, storage management, and system monitoring and performance. May also install, customize, and maintain server-based network applications. This position may be required to access confidential patient data in order to achieve the implementation and maintenance of systems. Linux and all related hardware and communications environments. May also install, customize and maintain local and sever-based network video systems, IP camera security systems. Expertise on computer and electronic systems maintained by Facility Operations department including, but not limited to, Audio /Video integration, Nurse call servers & software, Nurse Call system(Procare 2000,Procare 6000, and Telligence), fire alarm, telelift computer and tube transport system computer, C-cure, Security Camera software systems (NICE, American Dynamics), HUGS, and Building Automation (EBMS,JCI Metasys, Siemens).

Must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening for this position

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Associates Degree in Electronics or Computer Information with Five years experience. Four additional years' experience may be substituted for education.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: A valid Florida drivers license.

Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a 'non-frequent driver'.
