ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manages and resolves help desk tickets and requests

  9. Production and Post-production Equipment Proficiency: Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all relevant technologies and tools.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

Formal training beyond high school and previous experience working with production and post-production technology and computer systems hardware and software or the equivalent combination of education and experience, good organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, ability to test, install, demonstrate, and maintain production and post-production technology and computer equipment is required. An associate degree in electronics or information technology is preferred.

This position is 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
