Who you are:
The Sourcing Specialist I will be responsible for executing against a sourcing strategy for clinical products , all across a range of different types of contracts. This position will be responsible for drafting contracts and providing guidance and training in coordination with JHHS Supply Chain Department Contract Managers and the JHHS Legal Department. The process of sourcing clinical products, non-clinical items and purchased services, and capital equipment and related services will align with the vision for the future of Supply Chain, "sourcing the best quality products at the best price, treating customers with service orientation and focusing on supply chain excellence internally."
What you'll bring:
- At least 3 years of work experience or residency/externship experience in Supply Chain or healthcare related field. OR applicants with a Master's degree (MBA, MPH, MHA) must have 1 years of work experience in Supply Chain or healthcare related field
- Demonstrated ability to execute, against a sourcing strategy for clinical products, or assigned non-clinical items and purchased services in line with JHHS Supply Chain's strategic vision

Position Purpose:
- Creation of Supply Chain SharePoint site. Vendor documents (tracking via metadata), vendor performance (scorecard data) and overall Supply Chain metrics will be included on this site.
- Master data consolidation (Engineering programs, R&D)
- Development of supplier scorecard using PeopleSoft data to create queries for use with Tableau
- Write, evaluate and execute RFQ for hotel and office supply spend.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excel experience required
- SharePoint experience is
- Business degree program
- Operations or Supply Chain focus
BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28.
BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
